Royal Cliff Beach Terrace — Hotel in Pattaya City

I experienced the wonderful and amazing journey at Royal Cliff Beach Terrace. I was touched deeply by their genuine hospitality, delicious food, clean room, and beautiful view. Specially, the senior deputy resident manager, CB, gave me a big surprise for my birthday since I didn't tell them when check-in! We went outside in the early morning and came back very late; however CB didn't give up to contact us for birthday greetings. Until dinner, CB found us in one of Royal Cliff restaurants and led the team to come to our table with brithday music, wishes, birthday cake, flowers, and handwritten card. Unforgettable! Even if at this moment, my moving and feeling are still boiling. Thank you so much, CB and Royal Cliff! In addition, dining by the sea impressed us as well. It is really worthy absolutely to enjoy the private beach, dedicated service, beautiful sunset, only one table, and delicious/sufficient seafood. The service is very good as well. Manger and deputy manager (NP) welcome us in front of the lobby and recorded us by video and photo for memory. Thank you Royal Cliff! I will go back again! ...

There’s a lot to like about the resort, especially the amazing pools (one is enormous), decent location and well priced food. The children’s area is good (although costs extra) and there is also no problem ordering in food as well. Most staff very helpful and pleasant as usual in Thailand. The sunset bar is very nice and others pleasant. Breezo beachside restaurant was really nice for lunch and dinner. On the downside side some of the hotel is a little dated, the lifeguards are not really lifeguards at all (more often napping or delivering orders than watching the pool (and the service by the pool was generally slow an inattentive). Unfortunately some of the beach area is a little dirty (tourism and plastic pollution the fault but the hotel didn’t seem to have people clearing up - guests did on occasion). The sea is also not quite as pristine as the pictures suggest but that’s at least partly due to the season I suspect. On a more positive note We were able to get a late check out (half day paid for) as our flight was extremely delayed which was good and in room breakfast was good value. On the whole an enjoyable stay and decent value for money so I would recommend, but not quite at the 5 star rate of some...

I recently stayed at Royal Cliff Terrace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent food, a breathtaking view, and a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for both relaxation and fun. Its convenient location near the beach makes it an ideal spot for beach lovers.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was great, I feel it could be even better with more recreational activities for guests. Adding amenities like arcade gaming machines, ping-pong tables, and billiards would provide more entertainment options, especially for families and groups.I would also love to see more retreat activities, such as yoga classes or guided tours, and more promotions or special packages to make the stay even more enticing.All in all, Royal Cliff Terrace is a fantastic destination, and I look forward...
