Maharani — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Absolutely phenomenal experience with authentic Indian cuisine and satisfactory staff.

Located in the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel, Pattaya, (which happened to be where we stayed) Maharani was in a truly marvelous setting with a panoramic view of the thai coastline stretching out to the sea, as well as traditional Indian decor that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience for us.

Although the lamb biryani was rather too salty for my liking, it was made up for by the heavenly butter chicken, which when coupled with butter/garlic Naan catapulted us to a euphoric level of personal satisfaction!

I would highly recommend you to give this restaurant a shot for an eye opening taste of authentic, top notch...

The newly renovated Maharani offers a truly delightful dining experience. With its stunning sea view and elegantly designed interior, the ambiance is both relaxing and refined.

The food was outstanding—easily on par with the best Indian restaurants in Thailand. We sampled a variety of dishes featuring lamb, chicken, fish, and prawns. The prawn curry, in particular, was exceptional. From appetizers and mains to roti and beverages, everything was of consistently high quality.

My family was staying at the Movenpick Hotel and decided to have dinner at Maharani. It turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Thailand! The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with a true Indian touch, and the food tasted just like home — rich, flavorful, and authentic.
