I found the salon online after googling and I decided to get an appointment there after reading their reviews. It was really easy to get in touch with the salon. I just wrote on messenger and they answered immediately in english. They asked for pictures of my hair now and how I wanted it, then I got a price (7.000 THB) and a time for an appointment (the day after). So comfortable and simple. I did highlights and coloring on my very thick and curly hair and some treatments to protect my hair from damage. The salon is easy to find and very close to the Phra Khanong BTS. They will even send you information with a map before. The salon is big and spacious and the stuff are all very concerned about you having a great experience. They really lived up to my expectations and the reviews. The team was so effective and fast. Such a teamwork. I have never done the same treatment before in just 4 hours, normally it taket about 5-6 hours. Everyone was super nice and asked if I wanted coffee several times. I am very satisfied with the results, even if I prefered my roots to be much more lighter. But they informed me that it would be difficult because I had dark haircolor on my roots. False hopes and not served well. I clearly communicated what hair color I wanted before I came to the salon and also when I arrived in the salon. The salon owner agreed. However, after hours in the salon I got an entirely different hair color which is a lot darker than what I communicated which is light blonde. The hairdresser said she made it darker because the one I chose does not suit me. I don’t see it fair because she should have asked for my consent first. What is the point of showing a sample photo of what I like to achieve, only to end up getting a different result based on the preference of the hairdresser and without my approval. I wanted some change for myself and this is the first time I want to go out of my comfort zone but this salon ruined it. Just because I am Asian she does not want me to have the hair color that is not usual for us. As a hairdresser, she should be enthusiastic in seeing customers wanting a different appearance. Time and money wasted (4500 baht) and my bf was so disappointed as well as I promised I will be changing my hair color a lot lighter.
