Beautiful place with really delicious food and products! Their tea and chocolate are great as they are all 100% organic! The majority of products are infused with cocoa and it’s amazing to see all the unique combinations one can make! Their teas are really refreshing as they carry many different flavors. I personally bought the “Fabon Facial Artesanal” that is meant to reduce acne and stains and it has worked wonderfully! I also tried the 100% macadamia oil cream that is meant to be really soothing for rough skin (like exzema) and it also works very well as well! Such a shame I only bought a couple because the products are very produced! ... the only thing I would complain about is how they don’t have a tour to show you in depth how the process of the cocoa beans are or the tea leaves but it’s a really cool place to enjoy some tea/hot chocolate with some of their tasty cheesecake (BEST CHEESECAKE EVER!) Would highly recommend if you are visiting...

Had a nice relaxing afternoon treat. Was a 15-minute walk from the main square, uphill part of the way, so take a moto-taxi if you are not mobile. The waitress was very kind and sweet despite us not being as good at speaking Spanish as well as we should be. There is a large selection of artisan made chocolates, teas, tinctures, and spices, along with beautiful photographs. I appreciated the large selection of teas, choice of hot or cold. The chocolate drinks, hot, cold and choice of variation were obviously made the real way with true cocoa. My hot chocolate came with a side bowl of raw sweetener so the customer can add it to their taste. I had a ginger and Noni iced tea to cool down, and the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream was as good as I imagine it to be. My friend had an iced black tea and was very impressed with the...

El Lugar de Tè y Chocolate, a special place in Copàn where teas and chocolate can be tasted while swinging in a hammock surrounded by hummingbirds and fruit trees. In the shop, open only a couple of hours a day, you can also buy spicy sauces, tea leaves, chocolate and pralines, soaps and natural remedies 100% produced by the botanical research station, founded to provide a sustainable solution to the erosion and deforestation issues of the Copàn Valley. This family run place allow you to read and chill on their terraces without expecting you to buy anything, they actually come around to make you taste freshly brewed teas which they describe with knowledge and love. It is the ultimate lounging place with a cultural twist....

This place is great I would highly recommend it. Even if you’re not really into chocolate the tea is great and if you’re not into tea the chocolate is also great. The shop is very beautiful and everything was made in house. The owners of the shop are very personable and are passionate about what they’ve created. They put chocolate in just about everything which is amazing. Might not be for everybody but for me I loved it, they had chocolate hot sauce and it was amazing. Just check it out for yourself they don’t ask for any entry fees and don’t bother you while you’re looking around. The prices are reasonable and I’m sure you’ll end up picking something up even if it’s just a simple cup of coffee
