We came to copan ruinas for 2 days and ate breakfast here twice and got a late night snack of their desserts. The food is immaculate. The presentation is very modern and comparable to a high end bistro. The taste was delicious, everything has the right amount of seasoning and the layer of different ingredients melt together. Overall my family and I enjoyed everything we got. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the 3 leches cake and the carrot cake. Welchez is a beautiful cafe between the town's park and the town's best hotel. Yet, it's location isn't its best attribute. The cafe itself offers a sense of calm and has a vintage air with its all wooden floors and brick walls. It's coffee, well, is delightful. They are also pretty flexible in what you order. I wanted a cold Amaretto Latte, which was not on the menu. Instead of making me choose something else, they just adapted their menu and served me what I wanted. Bonus points to customer service.
