I recently ordered a cup of almond tea, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The main issue was that the tea I received did not contain any almonds, despite specifically requesting it with almonds. This was quite disappointing as I was really looking forward to the unique flavor and aroma that almonds add to the tea.

Furthermore, to make matters worse, the first replacement they brought me was without sugar. I had clearly mentioned that I prefer my tea with sugar, so it was disheartening to receive an unsweetened cup. I asked them to rectify the mistake and provide me with another cup of tea, this time with sugar.

Regrettably, even after the second attempt, the tea still arrived without sugar. It seemed like there was a miscommunication or oversight in the preparation process. I decided to return the tea once again, hoping that the third time would be the charm.

To my dismay, when the tea was finally brought back, it was not only without sugar but also served cold. At this point, I was quite frustrated with the whole ordeal, as it felt like a series of repeated mistakes and a lack of attention to detail.

While I understand that errors can occur, the continuity of the issues and the lack of effort to meet my simple requests left me dissatisfied with the overall experience. I appreciate that the staff attempted to resolve the situation, but the repeated mistakes were disappointing.

Not sure how much to rate this place. The staff are very friendly but they are also all over the place and slow. It took us about half an hour to be able to get a menu ( I ordered right there because I already saw photos of what I wanted to order). The food was pretty good, I wouldn’t be running back to it but it was nice and the price was amazing. We got shrimp, seafood pasta, grilled fish ( which was their best dish) and ceaser salad and 2 lemonades for 120 dinars.
