Güler Ocakbaşı Restaurant — Attraction in Şişli

We had no reservation and the place was full. Rather than telling us they had no tables they seated us right next to the kitchen. Table and plates were very dirty. Servers stood next to our table the whole time, making us uncomfortable, while they were waiting for food from the kitchen. The portions were very small and the prices were high. We asked for 2 separate bills but were forced to pay 1 bill because they didn't speak English or Arabic. Not tourist friendly! In the end they included 13.50 TL for a "service fee". I guess making your customers feel uncomfortable and seating them at a dirty table in front of the kitchen, with dirty plates, is considered "good service". This restaurant they have much higher prices of all the thing than other smaller restaurants in the same street but the test is nothing special.

And also DON’T FORGET TO CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAY when I pay they put something which I didn’t order it at all. It’s really socks experience.
