Atmosphere is alright. Very small and visibly dirty. But that’s just how most of these restaurants are in the greater Taksim area.

Most of their dishes are not good. A few vegetable options were ok. Lamb was rubbery, cold, and expensive! 650 Liras for a single lamb shank? That’s 12 EUROS. We were 4 people and our total came to something close to €70. That’s expensive for what it is.

Staff is not trained for customer service. We asked for a high-chair for our infant son and they brought a sticky/dirty one. We had to reject it and just use our stroller. They did not know how to arrange tables to accommodate larger parties or to fit our infant’s stroller. No one speaks any English which may or may not be a problem for you.

Overall, there are plenty of these restaurants nearby that are far better quality for cheaper. If you want mediocre food for more expensive, this...

Ordered the doner meal with rice, it was salty but otherwise lacking taste. Also, they literally provided me with 5 chips, which were cold and hard.

No real service points because it's "self-service", which really means your plate goes on a tray which you then slide 3ft to the left to pay, like a school cafeteria. You have to take your own cutlery and then take a seat.

No atmosphere just a couple of off-duty taxi drivers hanging around with their mates.

Worst part - my friend ordered the doner wrap and together our bill was 700TRY or around £15.50. We had much better than that for less at other local...

LOL best experience ever(sarcasm). They gave 4 chips with the meal as I did not like the other food asked them for a plate of chips. The man said no as if I asked them for free? He said it only comes with the chicken and that's it. Yet a man beside us had a full plate and no chicken. Clearly service with a smile doesn't exist. The man at the till was MISERABLE ... it's painful to look at his face for more than 3 seconds. Also you can't ask them to heat the food either because that's like asking for a kidney. But I enjoyed my bread roll. Prices are good, but service...
