Reserved Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Uçhisar Beldesi

We visited Reserved for dinner after recommended by another couple friends, did not need reservations since it was a week day. We were welcomed at the door with warm smiles, offered table options, assisted with our coats. Our waiter Ali was fluent in English and spoke very politely in both Turkish and English, he was not only extremely knowledgeable of the menu options and had amazing recommendations but also highlighted wine selection in detail. He had genuine interest to make our experience better but personalized service. The decor was sophisticated and romantic, all food items were served at right temperature, Ali even regularly updated us and asked us when we would like our main course. We had to appreciate the chef after delicious selection of salad to our liking, olives and sundried tomatoes with warm pide, manti, especially perfect presentation of liver and finally duck in orange and mustard sauce! Ali told us the chef was from Four Seasons Sultanahmet, and we thanked for the amazing food. We enjoyed a chocolate souffle and Sambuca shots.And again assistance with calling a taxi and restaurant staff escorted us to the taxi and say goodbye. What an experience! —-90’s Turkish POP Club Warning—

We got there on a saturday evening last week at 8PM. The food was certainly overpriced for the quality but it was still OK that’s the reason I still gave it low as 3 stars. However once our order was delivered they started to play superloud turkish pop music from 90’s were we could barely hear each other or waitresses. We think that having this music in such an atmosphere kills all the authenticity since the place is not advertised as a club. We share our thought with the waitresses and managers but the volume got higher and higher over the time eventually we decided to leave before 10PM. It was impossible to enjoy the meal unfortunately. Even the supperclubs I use to go in any country do not start the music such early… This place has serious management issues to my understanding.

PS: We were notified in advance that there would be a live percussion show there starting at 10.

PS: we got 6-7 appetizers and side dishes +2 bottles of turkish wine with no main coarse. Costed...

Konum olarak Uçhisarda olması güzel. Göreme veya Ürgüpte kalıyorsanız ulaşım kolay. Dekorasyon, ambiyans, servis ve personel açısından da güzel bir mekan. Dj performansı güzel. Maalesef mekan hakkındaki pozitif söyleyebileceklerin sadece bunlar.

Ortam aşırı loş ve yediğimizi görebilmek için mum istemek zorunda kaldık. karşıdandaki meyhane tarzındaki mekandan gelen piyanist şantör eşliğindeki müzik bazıları için rahatsız edici olabilir.

Yemekleri fiyata göre başarılı bulmadım. Ana Yemek olarak Hurmalı tavuk sarma, Kuzu Incik ve Reserved Kebab söyledik. İçlerinde en beğenilen Reserved Kebab oldu. onda da bence süzme yoğurt etin tadını bozmuştu. Kuzu incik kokusu ve tadından dolayı beğenilmedi. Tavuk sarma da geçerli not alamadı. Tavuk parçacıkları patlıcana sarılmış sanki tütsülenmiş ve tadı hurma ile garip bir almıştı. Patlıcan ve hurma tavuk etini baskılamıştı. Yanına eklenen süzme yoğurt ile birlikte zevkli bir yemekten uzaklaşmış. Porsiyon açısından da ana yemek değil sanki ara sıcak olarak sunulsa daha uygun olur. Patlıcana sarılmış tavuk parçacıkları.

Meze ve salatalarda kullanıların fıstık veya cevizlerin kabukları yemeklere karışmıştı. Ağzımda dolgular olduğundan dikkatli yemeğe çalıştım.

Havalandırma yetersiz. Hele ki yemekten sonra Dj performansı ile bir bölüm kulübe dönüşüyor işte ozaman da içilen sigara dumanı adeta nefes kesip göz yaşartıyor. Sigara içen insanları bile rahatsız eden bu olay mekanın ambiyansı ile tezat. Zaten kapalı mekanda yasak değil mi? Anlıyoruz burası Türkiye ama en azından düzgün bir havalandırma sistemi ile sigara içmeyen insanlara yapılan zulmü engelleyebilirler.

Arkadaşların ısrarı üzerine yemekten sonra klüp kısmında bistro ayarlandı oraya geçtik.15dk boyunca kimse gelip ne içersiniz diye sormadı sonunda biz gidip sipariş vermek istiyoruz dedik. İçkilerin hazırlanması ve servisi uzun sürdüğü için bazı siparişleri gidip bardan kendimiz almak zorunda kaldık. Hesaba %10 servis ücreti yazılan bir mekanda bu durum kabul edilemez.

En son ve yaşadığımız en üzücü tecrübe ise hesabımıza fazladan yazılan içecekler oldu. Böyle bir mekanda bu gibi şeylerin olmaması gerek. Pardon hata yapmışız özrü ise yetersiz. hesabı kontrol etmeye çekinenlerdenseniz tavsiyem çekinmeyin her gelen hesabı kontrol edin.
