I have so much to say about our amazing experience.
We were welcomed by the lovely Elif who offered to give us some tips for our visit to Cappadocia. She gave us a map of all the sightseeings and gave us a day to day to do list so we would see all the good things, based on what we wanted and how long we would stay. This was all just a service she wanted to give us, which was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view of the Pigeon Valley.
The entire hotel was clean and cosy. There is a very nice pool and rooftop terrace. Throughout your stay, you can ask for drinks and all the employees will gladly serve you some, all for free.
Talking about the employees, all of them, every single one of them were absolutely friendly and sweet. From the staff at the desk to the staff of the kitchen and cleaning (we even had nice chitchats with Emel, who was in charge of our room), all of them welcomed and treated us as family. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The employees do everything to accommodate your wishes. The head chef asked us every morning how we wanted our eggs, with a big smile on his face.
It was so amazing that we added another day and stayed longer. This hotel will make you feel like home and the employees will become your family. I can’t wait...

The location excellent.Close to Castle, to the center of town and across the street from the beautiful valley. But the best feature of this hotel is the staff. Their customer care and attention is unparalleled. Front desk has good knowledge of English language, making it easier to communicate needs and getting questions answered. Front desk star, Elif, helped us organize a private tour, assisted with various issues and made us feel very welcome. Macat, another front desk star, really went above and beyond the call of duty. When returning tired from our tour we were always asked if we wanted refreshments. These two staff members were the ones we interacted often , but everyone had a smile and always prompt to offer assistance. Of course nothing is perfect. Being a new hotel, there were some things that need to be ironed out and they are working on it. I found that there is not a problem that a positive attitude, and the willingness to help cannot resolve. Add to that, anticipating your needs. This weary traveler could not ask for...
