I would like to have given this hotel a better review, but the room I was given was almost unusable - the whole thing was horribly designed. The room was booked for my daughter and I and we were given a "suite" that considered of a tiny room with a single bed best the bathroom and a room with a double bed in a basement space connected by a flight she a half of stairs. As I had to be by the bathroom because I am older, I had to take the tiny room. It was so small there was no place to put my luggage. There was a single cabinet, but it had a lounge chair in front of it that blocked it from being opened and there was no space left in the room to move it. The bed was small and the only place to charge my cell phone was right behind the pillow, so I kept building my head into it and the light of the charger right in my face made it difficult to sleep. The bedroom in the basement had no windows, only two small lightwells that hardly let in any light and it felt claustrophobic, like being in a stone tomb. The bathroom door opened directly into the toilet so it made it hard to use, especially for two people at the same time. ||I tried to express all this to the proprietor but he just kept saying some people loved the room. ||I gave them some laundry, and they did a decent job of it, but they there away my laundry bag (I don't think in purpose, but I was fortunate it was the end of the trip). ||The hotel was removed from the center, which I suppose was a bit calm, but there was little around it in terms of places to eat and such. ||The nice qualities was the decor, the staff, and the breakfast were all decent, but nothing fantastic. ||I am sorry because this is a new place and I know they are trying, but the room I was given should not be given to anyone who didn't know exactly what they were getting. For the amount that we paid, they could have offered is a different time when...
