Air Maniax Yas Mall — Attraction in Abu Dhabi

I went there today , the place was so nice , but the staff , SO SO SO DISRESPECTFUL, we kept our shoes beside the locker NOT in the locker but beside it , to be honest it wasn’t bothering anyone since it was closing time , I went to search for my little cousin and came back , it took me like 5 mins , when I was beside the toilets in front of the locker room , a worker came out of the toilet , and then he went cleaning locker room , and when we went to take our shoes guess what ? It wasn’t there , we asked the worker that I talked about and he said he didn’t knew where is it , we asked the receptionist , she was playing with the microphone idk what she was saying , and I called her many times” excuse me “ I was talking to receptionist and the cleaning lady looked at me at a rude way , I sled abt our. Shoes she said she didn’t know where it is , and then in my way going back to the locker room , one of my cousin told me something, do you know what he said ? He told us that he found our shoes in the toilet , in the toilet ? Who would put it there ? Hold up ! Didn’t the guy just came out of the bathroom? No one was there btw except of him , I knew it was him , I went to the toilet to see our shoes are actually there , I was SHOCKED ! I didn’t expect a worker would do that to their costumers ! I was mad ! Did he think that was funny or something ? I went to tell him why did he did that it’s not funny ! Making us looking for our shoes and worrying about it , and then he replied saying it’s not him , I knew he was lying , his expression was saying that was me , I was so annoyed from the thing that just happened, I decided to write it , I hope air maniax see this and do the right things with the worker , till now I’m mad , I hope u can talk to him , and tell him...

Since airmaniax opened in yas mall , my son have a membership. I am very appreciating all of the effort what the staff do for us , everytime warm welcome and entertaining high level. And i would mention some name for special thanks.

Okezie paparazzi , he was the coache during winter camp , and he everytime in a first second make smile on our face with his attitude. He his very kind and very good company for the kids. We would love to do with him again the camp.

Grace : since i met her , she have special connection with my son , my son love her and everytime when we come to play in airmaniax, he looking for Grace. She is fully responsibility for all of the kids in a play area , and very trust full person. She is all the time hard working and always smiling even in end of the duty when everyone post to be tired.

And i would mention also Mark and Neil name , they are here since airmaniax opened , and everytime i came to play with my son , they always make me feel like at home , playing with my son , and always gave me few minutes to have a chit-chat.

I would say a big thank you for Airmaniax to bring these people in my and my son life. And i am very happy all of the staff who work here in yas mall branch , i cant wish better place than this!!
