Went this noon to try this place, particularly the food. Had ordered the Lebanese breakfast despite the overprice.
The food was good but doesnât justify the price, I can recommend better and more tasteful place with the same menu items with half the price.
You should be aware that Lebanese breakfast served with only 4 small Arabic bread. As for the quantity of the breakfast the bread is not enough to finish quarter of the served breakfast, unless you like to have it without.
Iâve order more bread to be surprised that an additional fees been added without being informed during my request. They have removed it after my complaint.
You should also know the prices in the menu are not subjected to the tax (the prices in the menu excluding the tax) without mentioning this in the whole menu, and as customer rights I also requested to remove the additional tax as well and that what Mr. Marco did, he offered a coffee on the house as apologies.
One last thing and note for everyone paying the bill through the QR code that redirect you to pay through âqlubâ payment gateway which rapidly became a common payment gateway in many of the restaurants here, that you will be paying extra hidden fees if you used this way of payment. 2-3 AED might be nothing to talk about, but the customer should not pay extra fees for service the restaurant should be taken care of, in short I always ask to pay the...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at The Brunch Room, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This charming restaurant has truly mastered the art of brunch, delivering delicious food and a delightful atmosphere.
First and foremost, the staff at The Brunch Room were warm, friendly, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and promptly seated. The service throughout my visit was impeccable - the waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu, quick to offer recommendations, and ensured that I had everything I needed throughout the meal.
Now, let's talk about the food. The Brunch Room offers an extensive menu with a wide variety of options to satisfy any palate. The ingredients were fresh, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
The ambiance of The Brunch Room is equally inviting. The lovely decor creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere making it a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely brunch with friends or family.
Overall, The Brunch Room exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, delectable food, and inviting ambiance make it a standout brunch destination. I highly recommend paying a visit to The Brunch Room for a memorable and satisfying...
Read moreNice interior design motif. Clearly involved an interior decorator.
However, there are two issues.
First, the size is about a quarter of what appears on their menu. But the issue isn't that "i want more food". No. Had i known sizes were minimal, I would've ordered another complementing dish. But i only found out when it arrived and by then I didn't want to explore the menu and wait on an unplanned and unwanted "second breakfast installment" delivery.
Second, the khajapuri was just awful. A fake. They didn't even try. It was your basic Levantine dough that yields a texture similar to a brioche. Plus, it was bouncy and not crispy. Don't offer items if you cannot deliver authenticity.
Espresso was good but two waiters never bothered to explain the house blend beans. Most good restaurants like to promote the house blend because it's a flavor profile they selected to complement their...
