Etihad towers RESIDENTIAL Have been living here for almost two years and planning to move out as soon as the contract is finished. Here is why:

  1. The area by the entrance is always busy with cars and taxis. Sometime it is hard to cross the road and get to the entrance as the parking slots are fully packed. Hassle and bustle everywhere.

  2. For security measures, they installed metal detectors with a conveyor belt at the entrance, where everyone entering the building must scan their belongings. Now, imagine being a stay-at-home mom who needs to take her child to the playground several times a day. This means you’ll have to unload everything from your stroller, send it through the scanner, scan yourself, and even scan your child—not to mention dealing with grocery bags. The management didn’t bother making life comfortable for residents. Instead of implementing a separate entry system with access cards for residents to avoid this hassle, they created a single entry process for everyone, whether it’s a guest, a courier, or a resident.

  3. Another major issue is sound insulation. The apartment doors are so poorly made that they let in every noise, making it sound like everything is happening inside your home—whether it’s a vacuum cleaner running or your neighbors talking. These doors also let in every smell just as well.

  4. Rest assured, you’ll constantly experience the stench of garbage from the trash room mixed with some kind of chemical cleaning agents they use. On top of that, the noise of trash falling down the chute is very loud and disruptive.

  5. And the cherry on top—cockroaches. They are everywhere. You’ll see them running down the common hallway or even sneaking into your apartment through gaps. It’s absolutely unacceptable for a building of this level. The management does respond to complaints quickly, but instead of finding new solutions, they keep using old ones that don’t work in...

One of the most interesting buildings is the Etihad Towers complex. It's 5 iridescent shining towers in the exclusive Abu Dhabi district, Ras Al Akhdar, which are opposite the Emirates Palace Hotel, near the 'golden' beaches and the Corniche. Towers offer offices, apartments and a hotel. Etihad Towers are 885 contemporary and "inexpensive" residences, including penthouses and apartments (1-5 bedrooms), of course, along with concierge services. In each of the residential towers there is a gymnasium, a terrace swimming pool and sauna, and even a recreation area with a grill. There are stylish bars, cafes and restaurants, two levels of desirable boutique shops, a wellness center, spa and various other things.

The Hotel Jumeirah at Etihad Towers has opened at tower no. 1 and is one of the better hotels and one of the largest conference centers in Abu Dhabi. There is also an amazing Mezzoon ballroom in this hotel. The tower is located by the beach and the complex of swimming pools and landscaped gardens. From the windows you can see the Persian Gulf and the Corniche promenade. Unfortunately, they still do not offer Royce Rolls with the driver so I did not take advantage. Well. No necessary amenities.

May 2025•Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is truly a symbol of luxury, elegance, and modern sophistication in the heart of Abu Dhabi. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by stunning architecture, world-class service, and breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. The towers offer a perfect blend of high-end residences, premium offices, luxury shopping, and the exceptional Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers hotel. The interiors are immaculate, with attention to detail evident in every corner — from the stylish lobbies to the beautifully designed rooms and suites. One of the highlights is the Observation Deck at 300, which provides a panoramic view of the city skyline and the sea — an absolute must-visit whether you're staying at the hotel or just in town. Dining options are equally impressive, with a range of fine restaurants offering everything from gourmet international cuisine to authentic Emirati dishes. The location is ideal, close to the Corniche, Marina Mall, and other major attractions. Whether you’re a tourist looking for a luxurious stay or a resident enjoying its world-class amenities, Etihad Towers never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a premium experience in Abu Dhabi!

This hotel has been renovated, service enhanced, quality meeting rooms, quality infrastructure, accessible and easy to locate, but still managed to mess on some aspects. I was checked in a special needs room without being told I am, and I am not a special needs person, the room was pretty basic, small and lacked a bath tub, and poor amenities. I was really frustrated that this happened as I had to work since I arrived and only checked in the room at night and realized this fact late as no one at front desk explained to me this fact. I had to call to express my concern and the guy on phone mentioned it is a queen room not special needs room, next day the hotel duty manager called me but after I checked out to apologise thinking that his team did explain to me that this was a special needs room and offered an alternative, which didn't happen and seems they lied about that too to him. Breakfast service is poor, I asked for tea, he went and disappeared and forgot all about me, my friends had to ask for tea next day and been served coffee instead. It is those specific moments that makes your stay from a great one to a miserable and disappointing one.

The towers are located opposite the Emirates Palace hotel and feature offices, apartments and a hotel. The estimated cost for the construction are 2.5 bn Dirhams. Towers 2 and 5 topped out in November 2010. A year later, in November 2011, the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers Hotel which belongs to Jumeirah Group was opened in Tower 1. Tori No Su Japanese restaurant opened within the hotel in 2012. The adjacent Tower 2 is (as of December 2012) the tallest building on Abu Dhabi island and the second tallest in Abu Dhabi after Sky Tower on Al Reem Island. Tower 2 has an observation deck in the 75th floor which is accessible from the hotel via a lower level linking podium. Tower 1: 69 floors, 277 metres Tower 2: 74 floors, 305 metres Tower 3: 54 floors, 260 metres Tower 4: 61 floors, 234 metres Tower 5: 55 floors, 218 metres The towers were used as a filming location for the 2015 film Furious 7. In the film, Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) steal a Lykan HyperSport and drive it through three of the towers.
