Horrible Experience — Stay Away

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst shop I have ever visited.

Terrible Customer Service ,The staff is rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in assisting customers. I asked for help finding a specific fabric, and the employee acted disinterested. Scam on Discount Sales ,They lure customers in with so-called discounts, but in reality, they are just trying to get rid of damaged goods. I bought a dress on sale, only to get home and realize it had multiple defects-tears, stains, and pulled threads, along with mismatched pants in the wrong size. When I went back to return it, they outright refused, claiming it was a final sale. They never disclosed the damage at the time of purchase. I returned the damaged dress, only for them to resell it for more profit. This place is a complete rip-off, and I would never recommend it to anyone. If you value your time and money, avoid this shop...

I had an amazing experience with "Fashion Fabric". They stitched my wedding lehenga and other outfits to perfection. The fit was perfect, and the attention to detail truly made each piece stand out. The craftsmanship was exquisite, with every detail beautifully executed. I would love to give special thanks to Mr. ( Binu ) who made sure to complete the work within a limited time period along with his feelings kept aside . ( am really sorry for your loss, “May the soul of your father be at peace with our Heavenly Father.”) Furthermore , thanks to my Buddy (Ashir) who was really supporting me from the beginning of my journey such as finding materials, stitching ideas , you really have a good future in designing Bro .

I had given a very good review about this place before , but I need to change that now . The attitude of people is changed now . Probably change in management. One old man sitting in cash counter is very rude , don’t know how to behave with customers . Focussing only on money, not customer satisfaction. Nobody will go there if we encounter with him once . The stitching was good , but the tailor changed in between and they spoiled my dress. Stitching charges are heavy and when we go for any alteration immediately after stitching , attitude changes. Even one tailor asked me to pay extra for alteration. To say by name , tailor Usman is good and reliable. But another tailor , is bad in behavior . Also dealing with the old man in cash counter is hilarious . Some other people who are owners are trying their best to improve things , but basic issue is not...
