Oasis Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

It was a mistake on my part to order from this branch. I had actually meant to order from another branch that I usually trust, but I accidentally called this one. When I asked to cancel, the lady on the phone insisted that their food is just as good, mentioning that they’re not too busy and can focus more on quality. Unfortunately, now I understand why they aren’t busy—and it’s not due to service, but due to the taste and quality.

At first, I was okay because they prepared the order quickly. However, I had specifically requested fried chicken without sauce, and they still included the sauce. Luckily, I checked before driving away, but correcting the order took much longer than they promised (they said 5 minutes). That delay cost me time.

While waiting, I tried their dynamite shrimp, and unfortunately, the taste was not good at all. I even informed the staff when they brought the corrected item. He only said, “Sorry,” without much concern or effort to make things right.

Overall, the food quality needs improvement, and the team should be more attentive to special requests. The pricing is fair, but that alone isn’t enough to bring me back. I really hope they take this feedback seriously and work on both their food...

I have been associated with this restaurant for the past 2 years now and can say with assurance once the restaurant got renovated, its become even better to another level. You can sit down, if you aren't able to take the stairs and dine in the above section. The food is as always exceptional and the services have definitely improved alot with regards to the staff and new timings of the restaurant. A special mention about Miss Deborah I'd like to add, she takes my orders and is very co-operative and helpful. At times I want to eat something different and enquire about different dishes which she explain very patiently and off late she also reminds me of my extra instructions just incase I miss out on them. So know your customer is definitely a 100% well on her checklist.The conversation on the phone with her is always pleasant and appetising. Would definitely recommend Oasis Chinese Madina Zayed than the other Oasis outlets. It's the best Chinese which can get double spicy as per our taste buds. So go for it ! Have regularly visited Oasis at Madina Zayed and have enjoyed lovely meals , usually have ordered a variety of dishes and each one has had a unique flavour and taste. Beef Steak Oasis special, chicken lollipops, Chinese fried rice, Chowmein and American Chopsuey are our usual orders. Were are always very well looked after by Deshan and Angel . There's has been a positive change in staff behaviour compared to our earlier experiences, therefore it's important to mention the new staff are more cordial and helpful. Mr Deshan also helps me order online with proper proportions with regards to big orders. Will keep ordering and enjoying Oasis.
