Strand Hotel — Attraction in Abu Dhabi

As per my promise given to the team that all my complains will be online ,coz I think it`s owner is planning to terminate it.

For whom it may concerns , please explain to me y would the receptionist inform me that we can not let u get in unless u pay coz we have 2 persons ran out without paying. what does that mean?!!!!!!!!!!!

FO team are assuming that I have no rights to check in without paying them first as per all hotels policies, even I am providing my ID and coming with three luggage explaining that I am waiting for an online for money transfer within 4 hours and asking politely.

I spent 2 hours at the entrance until I received the money. and I lost my right to talk to the FO manager even she was informed by the receptionist that I want to talk to her, she just decided to leave her duty without respect to neither attitude nor her position.

After 2 hours waiting to chick in please find here what I found in my stay:

The Bathroom for Public area has no tissue roll serving the washing sink area.

Only one bedding sheet for my bed (1 pax). as per standards must be Minimum bedding 2 sheets and mattress protector.

A ‘do not disturb’ notice. (was not provided even I insisted) I just got an insulting answer from the house keeping that no need for it (LOL) Even clean my room notice.

WIFI internet access was not working (only for my room ) said by IT technician to me. I had to use my Mobile phone data hotspot to my lap-top for business needs ,

while I had to make my phone on Air plane mode to focus with job project, neither airplane I made coz I had to provide the hotspot for my lap-top nor quite atmosphere (The hotel Disco is inside my room) literally until 4 AM even I asked that I need a quite room upon check in.

Rusty room assets , wall gaps inside washroom, toilet flush with accumulation of visible bacteria activity.

If there’s a zero I would put it!!!! Worst hotel ever!!!we booked two room,our room the electricity just shut down then after 10min went back and after 30min it shut down and never turn on again,soo I told them they moved us into other room the aircon doesn’t even that cold enough soo us coming from cold country my son’s got a nose bleed,they don’t have tissues in the room or toilet! They don’t even have a bin inside the room!!😂soo I used the towel what else can I use?! My son hated the rooms they give we’re just there coz we’re supporting a friends event! And one thing POOR COSTUMERS SERVICE!!they don’t even tell you where to park or you have to pay for the parking LOWEST COSTOMERS SERVICE!!!! I would never ever come back to that hotel again!!!😡😡😡 worst hotel ever!!! Smells bad very old fashioned building!!!!!!!! Receptionist is the worst and that they called a MANAGER WOMAN… well you pay to what you get maybe that’s why it’s cheap coz that hotel is like that!!!😡😡😡 would never recommend...
