Al Manzel Hotel Apartments — Hotel in Abu Dhabi

I had booking yesterday. I wanted to stay there for 2-3 hours with my friends who came from dubai for Eid. I booked 1bhk already.2 friends were late.few inside. When my guest came 1 phiphina guy on duty he denied to let them enter stopped them in lobby.he said not allowed to enter 4-5 people. But I already talked with one person from management in afternoon now his shift finished. So I have told them please do not insult my guest they will stay only one hour.he said no. He was forcing me to take another room ?? Which is 500 aed ?I told him okay you can switch my room to suite 1bhk, but he said no available take room?even i was ready to give 200 or 300 aed extra for this so atlist we all meet in one more but no. ... I said okay let me talk to your manager but he denied ? I said okay give me some better option we are here for 1 hour. He said only to take extra room in 500 aed????it was very embarrassing infront of my guest at 11 pm. Then I told him okay let us take one group photo in Room , will take 5 min he did not even allow me that. Seriously. ? I was a regular client of them. But this kind of hospitality make me sick there .even I asked for refund he did not give.I immediately need to take my guest outside. It was a very bad behaviour and not very professional to handle regular clients. Even we request them too I won't b back there ever. Nor I recommend. During lockdown, we stayed in this beautiful hotel for almost 3 weeks and what I really like in Al Manzel Hotel is the GOOD MANNERS of the staff ( receptionist- room service). They were very helpful and the accountant Ms. Katherine, gave us the perfect details about the hotel and very honest answer. It"s not easy to look for an affordable hotel with a five star service. But Al Manzel Hotel will give you 5 star service with a good price, very respectful, cooperative and helpful staff. The kitchen is nice - plates, pots, cutlery- I love it! The washing machine w/ DRYER is PERFECT for my children clothes, helps me a lot to save my time :) The bed is very comfy, it give us the right support that we need, specially Me coz I am asthmatic my struggle sometimes in a hotel is the bed, but Al Manzel"s bed is perfect ! its soft but also supportive! even the pillows is exactly what I needed! The toilets are always clean. Thanks to the room service who always give us a good cleaning service specially to the carpet. The location saved me as well, as this time I need to buy some school stuff for my children and there was a shop Golden Tower just outisde the hotel, its also very near to the Park, Mall, food store, banks.
