I recently had the pleasure of hosting my son s birthday party at Xtreme Zone in Abu Dhabi Mall, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was exceptionally organized and fun.

The Xtreme Fun package was perfect for our group of 15 kids, offering a variety of attractions like the trampoline, climbing wall, and soft play area, which kept everyone entertained for hours. The party took place on September 25th, and the venue was set up beautifully in Hall-C.

A special shoutout goes to Doris and Malik, who went above and beyond in ensuring everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, friendly, and truly made the day memorable for my son and his friends. Their professionalism and enthusiasm created a joyful atmosphere that the kids absolutely loved.

The McDonald's catering was a hit with the kids, and the balloon decorations added a festive touch to the celebration. I appreciated the clear communication from the Xtreme Zone team regarding the event details and requirements, making the planning process seamless.

Last week I went to @xtremezone in Abudhabi Mall they have 3 other branches in Abu Dhabi, other ones in Deerfields mall and Galleria mall Xtreme Zone provides the perfect space for kids to let out some energy. They offer a large number of interactive activities like bouncy and fun Trampoline Park; the Challenging Climbing Walls for your little adventurers 😊Arcade Games and many other fun games for everyone. Younger ones can be dropped off at the soft play area while you sip coffee at the Café in Xtreme Zone or shop and enjoy a movie at the Mall. Isn't that cool? I would absolutely recommend it to everyone who is looking for some fun place to enjoy their weekends!! I was satisfied as they had taken all the measures to ensure the safety of your little ones. Also, they followed all covid safety measures every one hour they kept sanitizing all the place. I enjoyed a lot seeing kids having so much fun stuff and even I and @rami had so much fun there!! A big shoutout to all the great staff there who were extremely friendly and very helpful!!

He made a super negative vibe that we were not looking for at a kids play area, he stressed my daughter and he had no common sense. Payment was not an issue. I will hold the receipts. It’s the audacity and level of unprofessionalism in the argument with the place “manage” in front of my kids without considering the consequences, feelings or wellbeing of everyone and shutting g us down. I got my daughter in and booked the full hour and will leave earlier.” Same as her brother did” needed attention: 1- some decency and handling training is needed for the “manager”. He represented the place and mentality horribly. It’s a kids play spot for god sake! 2- introduce the 30 mins package 3- siblings offers should be available as it’s senseless at the moment 4- appeal, welcoming, fun and decent representation of management which has authority to support the happiness, health and wellbeing of children should be a priority.

I will never visit this branch. Nor invite any of my friends here before I can rest assured of the level of responsibility and consideration to children are in place. First awful experience in a children’s play place in Abu Dhabi...
