I used to go to this place for the last 4 yrs But after management was changed n name changed to Sofrat Elsultan I started to see a new supervisor there with a very non welcoming atitude. First time, was personally with me when she claimed some items are not available & they were actually available. Not sure if this wasout of lack of professionalism or lack of interest. Second time she started a fight with my son& his friends & spoke to them in a very aggressive way claiming that they told her some Arabic word that she ( thought is humiliating) . P. S this was all in hermind only. She has a very bad attitude & definitely will be the reason why I will not go again after...

Worst worst restaurant in Abu Dhabi. I have been living here since 20+ years, never experienced such bad service and food.

Very rude customer service. Food was almost 2 hours late. Half the food items were not available. Prices not feasible according to quality, taste and service, it is too much.

They claimed there are too many orders.We were not informed about this. But it was just us at the restaurant. When we asked how much more time, they were annoyed with this question and responded rudly.

Charcoal grilled chicken Shawarma is amazing. My order took 30 minutes. meat to bread ratio is good, but I think that they should add more bread to the wrap. They need to work on the service: they didn't notify me that its going to take this long. menu doesn't show the portion size. for me, I need to order 2 plates, but I was not willing to wait for a second order. as its taking too long to serve my order a supplementary salad was a good way to reduce my waiting time, but they didn't provide any. staff are away most of the time.
