We visited Warner Bros. last Monday, choosing a weekday to avoid crowds and have a more relaxed experience. However, we were shocked to find the park extremely crowdedâas if it were a public holiday. We arrived around 12:10 PM and found long queues at nearly every ride, with wait times ranging from 30 minutes to over an hour. Only a couple of attractions had shorter waits (around 15 minutes), mostly movie-style shows that could seat more people but weren't as popular.
By the end of the day, we were only able to experience 4 rides. The kids were exhausted and boredâsome even started crying from standing in line for so long. The queues were poorly managed, and in some cases, groups of children cut in line with no staff present to intervene. We expected better supervision to ensure a fair and orderly experience.
One of the most frustrating issues was the inaccurate wait times displayed. For example, rides showing a 30-minute wait often took an additional 15â20 minutes due to VIP pass holders being prioritized. While we understand that VIP guests pay more for that privilege, it created a noticeable divide that left regular ticket holders feeling sidelined. Despite paying AED 380 per ticketâwhich is a significant cost for many familiesâwe couldnât help but feel undervalued compared to VIP pass holders. Instead of enjoying the rides, we ended up spending nearly 95% of our time waiting in long queues.
As a suggestion, the management should consider placing real-time crowd and wait time updates at the entrance. This would help guests make informed decisions about whether to enter or perhaps return on a less crowded day. It would also be helpful to inform people at the ticket counter if the park is already heavily crowded.
The overcrowding seemed to overwhelm the staff as well. In the kidsâ area, we noticed litter and spilled drinks on the floor, with cleaning staff clearly struggling to keep up. Even the ride attendants appeared exhausted, and understandably, their welcoming attitude started to fade as the day went on. In one instance, we saw a staff member handling guests rather abruptly.
Overall, what was supposed to be a fun and memorable visit turned into a tiring and frustrating day. With better crowd control, transparent communication, and improved staff support, the park has the potential to offer a much better experience for...
Read moreI visited today with my kids (12 June 2025 around 2:20 PM), and unfortunately, the start of our day was quite stressful due to a disappointing experience. I tried to take my kids on a water ride (I donât recall the name), but they didnât meet the minimum height requirement. I asked the staff member at the entrance â I believe her name was Maryflor â to suggest rides suitable for my kidsâ height. Instead of helping, she was extremely rude and gave me attitude for simply asking a question.
When I asked her to please speak nicely, she responded by accusing me of giving her âfaces.â I found that completely unprofessional. I tried to take a picture of her name tag to raise the issue with management, but she immediately took it off and put it in her pocket, telling me I wasnât allowed to know her name. I reminded her that the name tag is there for accountability, not secrecy. She then said she would call her manager, but nothing further happened.
I eventually spoke to a staff member named Saeed, who was very understanding and respectful. I appreciated his calm and helpful approach â it made a big difference in a tough moment.
As a local Emirati, I was genuinely upset by this encounter. Here in the UAE, we take pride in being welcoming and respectful to all visitors, and itâs very disappointing to see behavior like this in such a public, family-friendly space. If someone isnât happy assisting guests, perhaps they should consider a role that doesnât involve direct customer service.
The rest of our visit went much better â my kids enjoyed meeting the characters, and some staff members were kind and helpful. However, the park really needs to ensure consistent training for all employees, especially in customer service and familiarity with park rules.
One more issue: I had purchased Fast Track and tickets online and added them to my Apple Wallet. While most rides accepted them without a problem, one staff member refused to accept my electronic Fast Track pass â even though it clearly showed the date and details. This inconsistency shows a lack of proper training or knowledge among some staff members, which affects the overall guest experience.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously. This park has a lot of potential, but experiences like mine can really impact a familyâs day out â and the reputation...

The Riddler Ride in Gotham City â My absolute favorite! Pure magic with an adrenaline rush thatâs hard to match. It was so good, we had to go through it twice just to let it sink in. This ride leaves a lasting impression. Fast and Furry-Ous Ride in Dynamite Gulch â What a ride! We chased after Road Runner in this wild adventure, and by the end, no one even remembered the chase, let alone catching him! I lived completely in the moment and felt like a child again. Truly a rare and wonderful experience. ACME Factory in Cartoon Junction â A 5-star experience! The competition and scorecards brought out the competitive edge in everyone. Visited it twice, and guess who came out victorious on both occasions? ð Green Lantern: Galactic Odyssey in Metropolis â A high-quality ride packed with tons of simulation. Absolutely loved every bit of it. Batman: Knight Flight in Gotham City â We started and wrapped up our day with this ride. It turns you in all sorts of wild directions on the Batmobile, especially when airborne! We left with full hearts and big smiles. Totally worth it. Tom and Jerry Ride in Cartoon Junction â The most cherished ride for many. We all grew up with Tom and Jerry, and this one is not for the faint-hearted. A stomach-churning, dizzying experience that I would have loved 10 years ago and 10 years into the future! But be warned â itâll leave you a little woozy if youâre not up for it. Still, worth every minute!
Overall â Itâs a day for the ages, packed with thrilling rides, childhood nostalgia, and moments that will stay with me for a long time.
However, one major issue spoiled an otherwise perfect experience: the free shuttle service. Despite having mostly empty buses, we werenât allowed to hop on any of the âso-calledâ free shuttles, and the staff were incredibly unhelpful.
If youâre attracting a global audience, then proper support staff is a must! Not just for the rides, but also for the return journey back to the city. We were running low on battery, and the shuttle drivers were rude, which completely spoiled the good feeling we had throughout the day. This is a huge letdown, and itâs the reason Iâm giving it 4 stars...
