i applied for the Pottery class for the month of Sep. They sent me a brochure on whatsapp the time will start at 10:00..i arrived on time and everyone was late, because they gave different timings to people just to make them join the class...you dont want 10:00 yeah sure it will start at 10:30 no problem....so unprofessional ....the next week they called me while i was on my way and said sorry it will not start at 10:00 it will start at 10:30 so i said i am few min away what is this!!....then they instructor called and apologized and said she has yoga classes on Saturday!?!?i said ok fine keep your yoga classes as they are...i will come next Sat at 10:30....on that next Sat we felt that there is no synergy in the teaching, we were all over the place...at the same time teacher said next sat we will be in AD therefore no class...ok i kept my patience.... the saturday after that i came and waited and waited and the teacher didnt arrive and i left there angry at 10:50 am and its the time when i saw her arriving....so i have been requesting them to give me my refund back and they keep delaying it,,,,first they said their manager is sick,,,now they said oh the lady in accounts is not in the office these days...i mean...what is this?!?this is the worst experience i have ever had in an Art Institute!GIVE ME...
Read moreHello Team Dubai international art center, I just got back from your art center a while ago, eager to enroll myself in one of your courses. There was no reception so I waited outside the "office" patiently (until this lady got off her cell phone). the lady in the blue outfit took notice of me sitting right in front of her on the black couch, opposite to your office. I walked around a bit hoping she'd acknowledge and then looked to see that she was just looking at her phone, scrolling and chatting with some other male in the office. I was so surprised that she or anyone didn't even bother to come and ask or acknowledge a new persons presence. Especially if you don't even have a receptionist, where is one supposed to go? I still waited. Manners maketh a wo(man). Nothing. She was just on her phone. This was quite pathetic. Being the oldest institution unfortunately doesn't guarantee a good experience in my experience. I blindly trusted your place and was ready to enroll. Good to know how things would have been in the future. I know better where not to put my hard earned...
