Iranian Sweets Palace — Attraction in Dubai

Where do I start...A hidden gem... I've been in Dubai for a month and this little gem was so close by, but I never took notice. I'm so glad I went in. Iranian sweets? Never even knew it was a thing until now!! Just wow!!!! This little place in heaven makes these little syrup infused gold thingies that are truly remarkable! And their chocolates that come in a tin, the almond one, what a win!!! Don't even get me started on their chocolate biscuits! There are nuts and heavenly things inside of the chocolate biscuits!! I had a little moment of pure joy when biting into that! Pleasantly surprised!! There were actually more and more people coming in there whilst I was there, and it now comes at no surprise! From where I'm from, I'd never walk into a sidewalk shop that has candy on display inside, but this was a truly remarkable experience! Go on in!!! Would I go back? ABSOLUTELY!! They have my higest recommendation!! This little store, just put Iran on the map with the purest of sweetness for me! And the service? Are you kidding me?! The nicest guy ever works inside this store!! Im certain he must be the baker as well or the owner, but what a gem. Truly, the gold standard in service. He gave me a famous Iranian candy thingy too.. its like a nugat of some sorts with greatness inside. What a nice guy! This guy/place is passionate about candy/sweets and bringing happiness. Visited Iranian Sweet Palace to buy the rock sweets. This is the only place where we managed tonfind this sweet. There is similar sweet in Uzbekistan called Navat. It is well known in Uzbekistan and other countries. To prepare navat, grape juice with spices or high-concentration sugar syrup is used. This mixture is crystallized around the yarns prepared specifically for this process. In Iran it calls nabat. There are two types of nabat presented: plain one and the one with safran. The price for the box of 500 gr is 40-45 AED accordingly. Also can buy in small boxes. There are a lot of sweets, nuts, cakes varieties sold in Iranian Sweet Palace. We tried few. Very nice quality. Visited this place recently and we tried the authentic Iranian cream puffs and pastry, Zalabia and couple of cookies. The cream puffs and pastries were extremely fresh and a delight every bite . I wonder how i missed to visit this place all these years . The cookies were fresh too and delicious, we had taken the assorted ones , the oat cookies were simply amazing.
