It was terrible experience, I'm regretting that I used their services. Very disappointed.... After their job I have more DAMAGED hairs (they are dry and I warned then about that, asked to be very very careful and gentle with my hairs edges), WRONG hair color (I showed them shiny blond color, but they did very very dark brown-ash color), and as a bonus, I got sick there because of freezing AC. After all, when I saw the result and complained, they just said - āif we did what you want, your hair would become more damaged than nowā. So I have to be very thankful that I have less damaged hair than it could have been?! They charged me for full package price + VAT and offered me come again after 10 days and fix the color for free, but I will never go there again. P.S my appointment was in 5 pm and I did reach at 5pm sharp, but they started the work at 5:40 PM only.
UPDATE : ( answering to your comment below ) I talked to your administrator after the procedure, and he said that in 10 days the color will become brighter, which, of course, is absurd, because a brown color cannot turn into the blond.
