Blooming 700 ladies salon — Local services in Dubai

I chose this salon because of its many 5-star reviews and the promises made during my consultation. Initially, the staff were friendly and seemed professional, which gave me confidence in their service.

However, my experience changed once the treatment began. On the first day, my hair looked good, but after just two days and one wash, the results were completely gone. My hair became curly and frizzy again — nothing like the long-lasting result (6 months to 1 year) that was promised. I followed up with them to ask about aftercare, but sadly, they didn't seem to have proper knowledge or advice about hair care routines.

What disappointed me most was the shift in attitude. Before the treatment, they were polite and attentive. But once the process started, their professionalism dropped. For example, when I went back for a wash, I was told to do them . Only after I insisted, a cleaner washed my hair, not a trained stylist — and then someone else quickly did a blow-dry. This is not the kind of care or quality I expected from a professional salon.

I feel like they focus more on clients who spend more money and care less about others. This whole experience left me feeling disrespected and misled. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they treat clients and deliver on their promise. now after this review its almost 1 week finished my hair is totaly damaged and i inform them also but the lady told me they wil get backto me but no reply . i wil share my hair picture now ,...

I LOVED my visit to this lovely Salon. Honestly the nicest kindest most welcoming team of staff. Incredibly professional, great techniques and attention to detail. All of this at a fantastic price in promotion. I got my gish pedicure sitting in a massage chair with lovely Asfa. Fatima was so sweet, she gave me the exact nail shape for my gelish manicure. I had a bad experience in this salon about 3 weeks back with nail extensions and today I came back to report and get compensated.
