🌵 Dubai Desert Safari Platinum Experience – A Must-Do! (22 Sept 2025) My family of four (2 men, 2 women) were picked up from Downtown Dubai by our amazing guide Malik in a spotless 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser. 👉 Tip: Request a private vehicle for your group – even if it costs extra! You’ll spend hours together, and it’s far more enjoyable to share the ride with your own party than strangers. 💎 Package: Platinum Experience (199 AED / £40pp) Included: Pick-up & drop-off Quad biking, dune bashing, camel rides (short & long), sandboarding BBQ dinner, soft drinks, tea & coffee Live entertainment (belly dance, tanoura, fire show) Henna tattoos, Shisha, Arabic costumes, premium seating 🏜️ The Adventure We first stopped at a gas station for scarves/snacks — buy your headwear beforehand in Old Dubai for £1–2 instead of £5–10 there. Bring a balaclava, sunglasses, and loose clothes; you’ll thank me later when you’re not eating sand! At Sahara Amusement, the included quad biking is limited to 200m flat ground, so pay the extra £8 (40 AED) to go out onto the dunes — it’s 100% worth it for the views, adrenaline, and photo ops. Afterward, Malik took us dune bashing — WOW! His driving skills are 10/10. It’s thrilling but safe, and you’ll stop for sunset photos before heading to the Desert Safari Camp near Noble Camp for dinner and shows. 🍴 Evening at Camp The setup was huge, lively, and beautifully lit. Our platinum seating gave us front-row views and early access to a great buffet (biryani, curries, BBQ meats, samosas, etc.). Entertainment included traditional dance, belly dancing, and fire performances — stay till the end for the fire show; many left too early and missed the best part! Malik ensured we were comfortable the entire evening and dropped us back safely. He speaks English and Urdu fluently — a true star! 💡 Final Tips Bring a hand fan (manual or electric) — it gets hot, especially near the stage lights! Stay hydrated Sit a bit farther from the stage if you prefer a cooler spot Enjoy every moment — this is one of Dubai’s best-value experiences ⭐ Overall: 10/10 — unforgettable day thanks to Malik and the...
Read moreI recently went on a Desert Safari tour with the "Platinum Inclusion" package, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I paid 570 AED for two people, expecting a premium experience, but it fell far short of the promises made.
First, several services that were advertised were completely missing. There was no long camel ride, no Arabic costumes, no waiter service, no sunset pictures, no sandboarding, and no falcon photography, all of which were supposed to be part of the package. The red dune safari lasted barely 15-20 minutes, with only 2-3 minutes allocated for pictures.
Additionally, the dinner options for vegetarians were extremely limited, which was somewhat expected, but still disappointing for the price.
What made matters worse was the poor communication and lack of organization. Despite booking the package a month in advance, I had to repeatedly follow up with them to ensure we received the services we had paid for. Even getting access to the VIP services, for which we paid double, required constant texting and reminders to the staff. This level of service is unacceptable for such an expensive package.
Overall, I strongly advise against booking the whole "Platinum Inclusion" package. It’s overpriced and over-promises while under-delivering. If you’re planning a desert safari, I recommend looking for a more reliable and customer-focused tour operator. This experience was not worth the cost...
Read moreI recently had an unforgettable experience with this tourist agency while visiting the desert with my wife, and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, ensuring we had the best time possible.
Our guide, Asad, was exceptional. He picked us up in a comfortable 4x4 car and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the day. The dune bashing in the 4x4 was exhilarating, and Asad's expert driving made it even more thrilling. We also had the chance to ride quad motorcycles, which added an extra layer of adventure to our trip.
The live entertainment was top-notch, with captivating performances like belly dancing, a mesmerizing fire show, and the colorful Tanoura dance. We also enjoyed a short but sweet camel ride and had fun sandboarding down the dunes. The unlimited refreshments were a great touch, keeping us hydrated in the desert heat.
The evening was capped off with a delicious BBQ buffet dinner, offering a wide variety of options suitable for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The henna tattoo for ladies was a lovely cultural experience, and the entire evening felt like a true Arabian Nights adventure.
If you're looking for an authentic and thrilling desert experience, look no further. Asad and his team made this a trip to remember, and we can't wait to return for...
