🙌🙌🙌😻 I recently had the pleasure of visiting the magnificent Mercanto Shopping Mall in Dubai, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance of this remarkable shopping destination. Among the numerous shops that caught my eye, Super Dry stood out as an exceptional gem that left a lasting impression.
Super Dry at Mercanto Shopping Mall is truly a shopper's paradise. The store's vibrant ambiance, coupled with its extensive collection of trendy apparel and accessories, instantly drew me in. As an avid fashion enthusiast, I couldn't help but be impressed by the brand's unique fusion of Japanese-inspired design and British urban style. The attention to detail and quality of their products is evident in every item on display.
The staff at Super Dry were an absolute delight to interact with. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist me in finding the perfect outfit. Their genuine passion for the brand and their commitment to providing exceptional customer service truly made my shopping experience one to remember.
One aspect that stood out to me was the store's organized layout. Despite the wide variety of products available, everything was neatly arranged, making it easy for me to browse through the different sections and find exactly what I was looking for. The displays were aesthetically pleasing and helped me envision how each piece would complement my wardrobe.
I must also commend Super Dry for their attention to hygiene and safety, especially during these challenging times. The store strictly adhered to health protocols, ensuring that customers like me felt comfortable and secure while exploring their merchandise.
In addition to the impressive shopping experience, the Mercanto Shopping Mall itself deserves high praise. The mall boasts a stunning architectural design that seamlessly blends luxury and modernity. The wide selection of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options available cater to every taste and preference.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Super Dry for providing such an exceptional shopping experience at Mercanto Shopping Mall. Read moreDifferent Rules for Different people! Me and my brother went to watch the movie tonight to Mercato Mall. "Nobody 2", the showtime was 1159pm and we got a lil late 1205am. So we couldn't get the tickets online. We decided to take the tickets from the counter as it wasn't showing on the app anymore, the buying option. When we arrived at the main door, the security guard stopped us and said the mall is closed. We said we are going to the cinema, he asked us to show the tickets, we said we will buy from the counter. He claimed that the ticket counters are closed. We got curious and said we will check if it's open, then well and good, if not, we will go back. He said with a rude voice that only one person is allowed to go and check. So my brother went up to check while i waited down in the mall reception. Meanwhile other ladies were going inside and he didn't stopped them, even the mall is closed and they said they were going to the washroom. My brother called and said the counters are open and i can go up. So i went up, and 2 security guards came running to me saying in a rude voice why i came up, the mall is closed. I said my brother is at the ticket counters and it's open. He kept on claiming no, it's closed. I pointed and showed them as it was clearly open and vox cinema staff was still assisting my brother. The security guard kept on talking in a rude behavior claiming it's impossible to be open. My brother had tickets and popcorn in hand. And still the security guard was making false claims and then started arguing with vox cinema staff about the timing. It appeared the security guards themselves weren't aware of the timings of the ticket counters. The vox Cinema staff apologized to us but not a single sorry came out of the security guards. I said i will be giving a feedback to the mall, he said ok do whatever you want. The security guards were really unprofessional and the way they speak to us was totally rude and baseless. Rules should be equal...

If any parent knows how hard it to tell your kids one thing and then disappoint them. You know how heartbreaking it is.
We came to Mercato Mall in July 2025, waited for almost 30 minutes just to ride the infamous slide. Which was promoted all over their social media. To make matters worse, one parent who did not understand the fast track concept started yelling at staff because kids went ahead of her kids; zero Arabic speaking staff available from the mall side to handle her. She scared half the kids waiting, and then delayed the entire queue. Following which the show below started at 4pm, and they stopped the slide once again. By this point, my kids were tired and frustrated and we had to leave without getting to ride the slide. I spoke to management and they said they would better organize the timings. My son cried the entire ride home and I promised him I would bring him back for it.
Fast forward to today, we actually downloaded the app for the fast track line, drove 30 minutes and came all this way just to find out they have changed the rules and set an age limit. All of which was not seen anywhere on their Instagram page. Again my son has to go home crying because the staff at the mall are just that incompetent to update key pieces of information. Posting something on one social media page (Facebook) that no one uses anymore does not count! If you change such an important thing, it clearly needs to be mentioned EVERYWHERE, and not where it disappears (Instagram stories)!! I'm just glad I live in Dubai, else if I lived in another Emirate and came here just for this I would be seething.
Clearly I will never be coming back to Mercato Mall nor will I recommend...
