This was our first visit to Dubai and the first hotel we stayed at. The hotel is designed in a beautiful oriental style, perfectly clean and smelling nice.

The location is in the heart of Dubai, everything is within walking distance: the famous singing fountain, Dubai Mall, various restaurants and cafes. By taxi in the immediate vicinity you can easily get to other attractions of the city and museums at an affordable price, there is also a metro nearby.

The staff is very hospitable, smiling, ready to help with any issue. My sister had a birthday, and we were not without pleasantly unexpected surprises. It was very nice and enjoyable. We are delighted.

The cleaning of the rooms is of high quality, at the highest level. The staff is very attentive. During the day, they asked if we needed anything else. In addition to everything else, there was a careful attitude toward our belongings. We also forgot our wallet in a visible place, and no one took advantage of it, which was incredibly pleasant for us to find the contents untouched.

The kitchen offers a buffet for every taste, with various dishes and cuts. Everything is fresh and very tasty.

Special thanks to the receptionist (alas, we do not remember the name of the man who registered us and made a pleasant surprise for my sister's birthday on behalf of the hotel). He met us and saw us off on the last evening of our departure.

Thanks to all the staff who worked for us (reception, managers, tour agent for excursions, cooks, waiters, cleaners). We are pleased with your attitude toward your work and toward us.
