I had the pleasure of dining at Sammach recently, and I must say it was one of the memorable experiences I’ve had in Dubai. From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by Amina, but what truly made our evening exceptional was the service provided by Akshay.

Akshay didn’t just take our reservation and show us to a table—he went above and beyond to make sure our night was extraordinary. I recently celebrated a significant milestone at Sammach Spot Sushi & Seafood, and it was an evening to remember! I was honored as the Special Educational Needs Coordinator of the Year 2024 in the UAE, and my colleague Jubail was the runner-up for Learning Support Assistant of the Year 2024. This celebration called for a special venue, and Sammach Spot exceeded all expectations.

First Visit: I had a wonderful evening in Dubai when I visited your restaurant for the first time. The food was excellent, and I was thrilled to get a great table with a direct view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain show – all without a reservation! I’d also like to highlight the outstanding service from Tristan. Thank you for this amazing experience!

Second Visit: Unfortunately, my second visit in December was quite disappointing. The service was far from what I had experienced before: I had to wait over 30 minutes before someone came to take my order. During the meal, I felt rushed, as though I needed to finish quickly to free up the table for the next guests. This created a stressful atmosphere, which negatively affected the overall experience.

The biggest issue, however, was the food. After eating the sushi, I started feeling very sick and ended up vomiting several times. It seemed like something was wrong with the food. On top of that, when it was time to pay, I was told to pay online even though I preferred to pay in person, which made the situation even more frustrating.

It’s such a shame, as the location is beautiful, and I had such a positive experience the first time. I hope this was just an isolated incident, and I wish you success in improving your service and...
