The 10-million-liter tank, one of the world’s largest, mesmerized us with over 33,000 aquatic animals, including sharks, rays, and vibrant fish. Walking through the 48-meter-long tunnel offered a stunning 270-degree view, making us feel immersed in the ocean. The Underwater Zoo, with its Rainforest, Rocky Shore, and Living Ocean zones, was a hit, especially seeing King Croc, a massive 5-meter crocodile, and playful Gentoo penguins. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, enhancing our visit with insights into marine conservation. The aquarium was clean, well-organized, and family-friendly, though the crowds could be intense at times. Ticket prices, around AED 150, felt steep for a visit lasting about an hour, and some exhibits, like the penguin encounter, were pricey add-ons.
