Im writing this email to let people know about beirut khanum. I ordered from talabat kibbe and chichbarak with yogurt (bacha w asekro) plate in addition to taboule and diet seven up. The meat that was inside the main plate was tooooo fatty weighing maybe 50g which is very unusal and abnormal. We should eat meat not pure fat. And the taboule was sauce less, i couldn't feel the taste because no lemon dressing, no salt literally nothing as if i was eating parsley and tomato only moreover the diet seven up came diet coke….. i spoke to the restaurant manager Bassem and i was unhappy and i didn't feel comfortable talking to him. I felt he was offensive and didnt like the fact i was complaining and he wanted only to refund me the money and that was it. He said that his Chef is lebanese and working for almost 7 years and i wondered that after 7 years that chef doesnt know how to put the correct dressing on Taboule and that made me even question their so called Chef. Taboule is known about the taste of lemon and salt otherwise its not taboule. I will share the picture of the fat piece that was inside the plate and i will never ever dine or order from beirut khanum. I didnt like the attitude of Bassem the manager at all… restaurant is not food only, it’s nice service, nice talk and hospitality and Bassem lacks them all. Its true that i can get my money back but nothing will get me back my satisfaction, and the restaurant is the ultimate looser……
I want to add that beirut khanum hired the worst manager ever… his communication skills needs to be improved, i called him again and he was so upset from my above email. But what surprised me the most is such restaurant has as well the wirst management ever… they read my bad experience and they never reply so no wonder this manager bassem is hired by this kind of management. People op ions and feedbacks are worthless for their improvement and their reputation. I feel tooooo bad for such restaurant and will Never recommend it to anyone...

We ordered the Half Grilled Chicken, Spicy Potatoes, Kebbeh Trabolssieh, and Hommos Fateh, and every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.
The restaurant’s location adds to its charm, offering breathtaking views of Dubai. Whether you visit during the day or at night, the sight of the city, including the iconic Burj Khalifa, is simply stunning. The evening ambiance with the city lights is especially magical.
The service was another highlight. Rania, the hostess, was warm, friendly and attentive without being overbearing, making us feel genuinely welcome. To top it off, we were served complimentary tea at the end of our meal: a thoughtful touch that left a lasting impression.
After dinner, we enjoyed the shisha (Marbella flavor). It was light, soft and sweet, offering the perfect balance. Elbahrawi ensured the shisha was consistently smooth and enjoyable throughout.
Overall, Beirut Khanum is a place I would highly recommend. With its delicious food, stunning views, and outstanding service, it’s a dining experience you won’t...
