I am incredibly frustrated with the service I received. All I ordered was a burger, two coffees, some fries, and a dessert. I fully understand and respect that preparing food takes time, so waiting a few minutes is not an issue for me. What is completely unacceptable, however, is what followed.

After waiting patiently, I was notified that my order was ready, only to arrive at the counter and find that the staff had no idea what my order was. They asked me for my receipt, which I had left at the table. I had to walk back, grab it, and return just to show them what I had ordered. Even then, my order wasn’t ready. They handed me the burgers, but the coffees hadn’t even been prepared yet. I ended up waiting another ten minutes for the coffees. And when they finally brought them, the dessert was missing!

For the price of a simple burger—mind you, nothing extraordinary—I expected at least basic organization and efficiency. Instead, the experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and far below average. Truly...

My friends and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at your establishment yesterday. Your staff truly went above and beyond, providing exceptional service throughout our entire visit.

Our waiter, whose name regrettably escapes me, was outstanding! Despite our many requests and staying late into the evening, he consistently attended to our needs with enthusiasm and a smile. His dedication and professionalism were truly remarkable.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I recognize and appreciate when individuals genuinely enjoy their work, and it was evident that your team takes pride in delivering top-notch service. Their efforts made our visit truly memorable.

Salt in both location and ambience is really nice the problem is the service especially the female cashier she’s so out of it I make the order and repeat it more than twice I tell her specifically what I want I make her repeat it and then guess what after waiting for more than 20 minutes I receive my order exactly the opposite of what I ordered !!!
