I’m genuinely disappointed with the parking situation at this mall. I misplaced my parking ticket, it had simply slipped under my car seat and was difficult to find. Despite the fact that I was well under the 2-hour free parking limit, I was told I’d have to pay a charge for loosing the paper.
I tried to call the security number displayed in the parking area six times, not a single call was answered. In a city like Dubai, and in 2025, I find it ridiculous that the system still relies on paper parking tickets. It’s an outdated and frustrating process, especially when losing something so insignificant results in such a steep charge.
What made it worse was the attitude of the head of security. Instead of being helpful or understanding, he spoke to me in a condescending tone, which only added to my frustration.
I hope the mall management seriously reconsiders both their systems and their customer...

Read moreWith less than 50 outlets this is one of the smaller malls in Dubai. Very small food court, with only 4 fast food restaurants open when i visited . Had a good cappuccino at the hutch, with great views of Burj al Arab, and Wild Wadi water park. There are several other coffee shops in the mall, making it a nice place to come in for a relaxing break. The washrooms were amongst the cleanest i have come across, and the parking was spacious and easy to negotiate, with valet parking also available to make your experience even more...
