Society Room Dubai — Attraction in Dubai

Nothing extraordinary about the place. Service was very ordinary and the servers were bordering on rude. To accept entertainer they were acting as if they were doing us a favor. On top of it, it seems they don't understand English!

Though it seems they were instantly able to understand and not understand English as they wanted to discrimante service between different tables.

Before this we had stayed for a week at Raffles Palm and I can confidently tell you that the staff there is at another level and this Raffles is just a Raffles in name.

The server was totally confused and didn't even understand English. I wanted to order something vegetarian and it was so difficult to make them understand the requirement.

After the change in serve and lot of discussion , we were finally able to order veg Mushroom pasta, pepporini pizza and truffle fries.

The service is extremely slow. It took them almost 20-25mins to get these items and including us there were only 4-5 tables occupied.

My husband asked for a beer after the food was served, it took them 10mins to get just that.

Pasta was very average. However, pizza and fries were decent.

We sat outside in the open. Seating layout, music, ambience.. Nothing stands out. Service was a big let down.
