Biella Café Pizzeria Ristorante — Restaurant in Dubai

We went here on the last day of our Dubai Trip for lunch. It was close to our hotel. We went around 2-3pm. Ordered a mushroom soup 1/2, pepperoni pizza & veg penne Arabiata pasta.

Food - 5/5 It had so many vegetarian options. I haven't found the same even in 5-star property restaurants. Everything tasted delicious. The complimentary bread basket was fresh and warm. Portion sizes were big. We couldn't finish our food and got it packed.

Location - 5/5 Downtown Dubai, located in Wafi mall, walking distance from Healthcare city centre metro station.

Ambience 5/5 Had an indoor & outdoor seating area. We decided to sit outside as it was a perfect December afternoon. Also it had lots of umbrellas and shade available. Spacious and nicely spread seating layout. It won't be classified as fine dining but a neat restaurant with lots of space.

Service 5/5 We had the cutest female server with a wonderful smile. She was more than happy to give us extra bread, packed the leftover pizza or any other request we had. She wasn't intrusive, yet available. Infact the entire staff greeted us as we walked in(from the mall entry). A senior came to our table to check if everything okay.

Pricing 5/5 Pricing for the portion size was quite apt. They were running some offers and combo options as well.

All in all, no complaints at all. A perfect 5/5 for anyone looking for good...

I had a delightful breakfast at Biella Restaurant located in Wafi Mall. I opted for the scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms, which was a truly enjoyable choice. It was served alongside crispy French fries and a refreshing salad, creating a satisfying combination of flavors.

The presentation of the dish was impressive, showcasing the chef's attention to detail and culinary skill.

To complement the main course, warm toast with butter and a selection of two delicious jams was provided. This thoughtful addition enhanced the overall breakfast experience.

Considering the quality of the food and the overall experience, the price of 45 AED felt reasonable. It offered good value for the delicious meal and the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.

I must also commend the staff at Biella Restaurant, particularly Mr. Sevi, for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I entered the restaurant, Mr. Sevi's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. He was attentive throughout my meal, ensuring that I had an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

From the moment we walked in, the staff - Mr. Richard and Sevi … made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. The service was top-notch—friendly, efficient, and always with a smile.

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. The menu offers great value for money, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We had pasta, and it remains the best in Dubai—rich in flavor and served in very generous portions that are perfect for sharing or taking some home.

A special shoutout to the chef, whose passion and skill truly shine through in every dish. The welcome bread with balsamic vinegar was a delightful start—fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious.
