I reported already an inappropriate behavior and action by the Manager named Samer when he approached my daughter while playing with siblings and ask her a strange private questions which he shouldn’t and have no right at all to approach children and talk to them alone especially girls, however she’s big enough to avoid him and walk away from him and showed him that but later still he insisted and go to her again to ask and talk to her again although she showed him at the first time a resistance and a refusal of talking to men strangers, Then she walked away and run to me the parent by the seating area and told me about it and I called him on the spot myself and told him what was the reason of going and following her many time to talk and ask and his unfortunately replay was that he want to know about their school timing and he’s curious about it and he is sorry for that I felt strange from his reply and told him that he shouldn’t talk to kids alone about their private life and this place is for kids playing and enjoying not to frightening them and he should have a job as a manager professionally not to chat with children privately in a strange way and he could ask his curiosity these private questions any of the adults and parents there not a teenager girl especially when she showed even a refusal to answer him, then I immediately reported it to the counter and the Mall and now here also especially when the counter told me that he is the only manager their and they have no management in UAE and no body to contact but him in UAE and their management in Kuwait as the company is there. I requested to call back from the Kuwait management and an immediate action and investigation and a local UAE management with such action in a...
Read moreI recently visited Super Park in Dubai with my young nieces, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The play areas were often left unattended, leading to a chaotic and unsafe environment. At one point, a child had an accident on a mat (pooped on the mat) and the area was inadequately cleaned. The lingering foul odor was unbearable, and the area was reopened just three minutes later, clearly insufficient time for proper disinfection.
The lighting in the park was harsh and glaring, causing me a headache within minutes. Additionally, there was no coffee, relaxation area, or refreshments available, which added to the lack of comfort during our visit.
My frustration was compounded by a negative encounter with a trainee named Adnan, a young Egyptian staff member. After a mother and child were using a swing-like game, I helped my niece onto it as there were no staff present. Adnan approached with a dismissive attitude he was the worker who left the area unattended, so you’re coming here with this attitude for what? HE PROCEEDED TO rudely instruct my niece to sit literally looking her up and down and making his voice harsh, is this the way we respect people? Let alone talk to children?!!!! His body language spoke for itself. He was extremely disrespectful. He made us feel very uncomfortable. I told him off in Arabic the same way he was talking to this child and he acted stupid as if he didn’t do anything. His behavior was unprofessional and unpleasant. It was purely disgusting. I would never bring/take my nieces to a place like this again where children themselves are being treated like this by absurd workers. You should ensure your trainees are genuine...
Read moreI had a very upsetting experience today at Super Park in Mirdif. I came with my three kids, including my 1.5-year-old, and honestly, it was extremely disappointing.
The first issue we faced was the toilet, which was in a terrible condition—bad smell, dirty floors, and soap spilled everywhere. Right outside the toilet, there was a large diffuser left on the floor without any cover or safety protection, which my toddler immediately went to play with. This is a serious safety hazard.
None of the electrical sockets for the toys were covered. This is extremely dangerous, especially in a play area for kids—one child could be playing while another messes with an exposed socket.
There was also an AC unit leaking water in the middle of the play area, which made the floor slippery and unsafe.
The space was not suitable for my toddler, and although I paid for him, he wasn’t able to enjoy anything—they wouldn’t even allow him to play with most of the toys due to age or safety restrictions. On top of that, two of my kids were also not allowed to use many of the games because they didn’t meet the height or safety requirements. So basically, I paid for three kids, and only one of them was able to enjoy the place.
The staff assigned to the games were also inattentive. They kept walking off and saying things like, “I’ll be back in 10 minutes,” leaving the games unattended. In a place designed for children, this kind of carelessness is unacceptable.
I hope the management seriously improves the hygiene, safety, and staff commitment...
