First of all, I have been to The Original The Most salon in Istanbul , where the service was far better and prices were more affordable. So no, high prices here aren’t justified by better service.

Second of all, My haircut was 360 AED, and i left with total of 500 something. If the stylist had properly communicated that that washing and blow drying will cost extras , I would have declined the service. As Clear communication is part of professional service.

and finally, I suggest you choose better words when responding to clients , saying clients want “cheaper” services is not the right choice of word .

———————————————————— giving this a 2 star because of the prices, i went in for a haircut, which is around 360 DHS, they mentioned that washing & blow dry is necessary , but its extra charges, if its necessary then why not include it with the haircut price? i had a nice haircut but the prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t advise it since u can get the same service but with better prices...

I visited this salon last weekend and was disappointed with the service. I was supposed to have a ‘consultation’ before the haircut, but that never happened. The only question I was asked was what haircut I wanted, and then we moved straight to blow-dry. I had hoped for a proper discussion about my hair and preferences with Ines, but that didn’t happen.

If you have curly hair, this salon is not for you—they don’t know how to handle it, and you will be judged. I should have trusted my instincts and skipped this place, but after seeing all the viral videos, I decided to take the risk and book with Ines. Unfortunately, that was a mistake and lesson learnt.

Spending 600 on a haircut I didn’t even like was frustrating, and to make matters worse, I was charged extra just because my hair is thick and curly! This salon might work for people with straight, easy-to-manage hair, but my fellow curly-haired...
