Agra Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Belfast

Food is very good, some of the best in Belfast. However, the customer service/website could improve. I placed an online order via their website which actually states delivery / pick up. I waited 10 minutes after paying via PayPal to call as they had not confirmed the order. On the phone, I was told that there was no order and you can't order delivery on the website or app. Then how did I? I thankfully was able to get a full refund from PayPal but fix your website/app as if I had not called to query what was going on, I would have had no idea what was going on. I usually order via deliveroo but as they always included a leaflet that mentioned their own website/app, I thought best to send the delivery fees direct to the source. Silly me. I will order food from here again (it is very tasty) but this is to warn anyone else who tries to order delivery on the website. It "can't" be done.

Update: You can order on the website for delivery but their system only gets the order docket after 5pm. I will know for next time. Nearly got 2 different food orders...

Very disappointing service. We arrived at the restaurant around 10:30 pm after a long drive. Before entering, we asked if it was closing time, and the staff assured us we could dine in. However, the experience quickly became uncomfortable. The middle-aged man at the counter, who wore glasses, behaved unprofessionally—picking his teeth with a toothpick and spitting while walking around and keep staring at us. This was extremely unhygienic and off-putting. We requested multiple times to have our order packed for takeaway instead, as we no longer felt comfortable dining in. At first, they agreed, but later they refused and insisted we eat inside. To make matters worse, the same staff member kept staring at us throughout, which made the situation even more unpleasant. We came here during our trip to Belfast searching for good Indian food, mind it keeping an Indian name doesn’t means its an India restaurant. The food was pathetic 0/5. We ordered Paneer butter masala, Nan & 2 Nonveg Dinner set. Each item was as equally bad as it could be. The Paneer butter masala was tasting like a sugar syrup. Even chicken tikka masala was tasting very sweet, which I was surprise to have. We left almost everything and tried finishing nan with their chutney which was still consumable. Would never recommend anyone. It took them more than an hour to serve while there was no one when we entered. The staff was friendly until we complained about the taste. Their behaviour suddenly changed once they got exposed.
