He said we told you three was a wait on drinks bizarre what 59 mins I then asked another short male he was the duty mgr I saw his badge He was rude and very aggressive I explained then feeling very upset in his rude manner we had waited long time for the meals with no drinks and all the group was about to leave to go to the concert He walked off he then returned He was displaying very aggressive body language I am disabled and I have physical disability and mental health ptsd I carry a access card for that reason He asked what did they order I said I don’t know I repeated this twice he then proceeded ny telling me to He said you’re being agressive! I was so so shocked thought he was joking I said the only one being aggressive is you I then said sorry not Sure me telling you I didn’t order they did on the table I also explained i was not the only one that i. was disabled I need the drink I an in pain I feel ill He said ‘ just because your disabled that doesn’t give you the right to be agressive I said I an not I truly thought he was messing around he was not he got his thug security to ask me to leave in disbelief I left My children texting me where are you I was shaking I felt I was going to pass out as needed my drink . We held a reunion at this pub, around 30 of us average age 55 (so we were all respectable mature adults enjoying a meetup and a drink). We were initially standing around as people arrived and as we started to catch up. Gav the manager on duty was extremely rude to us: he literally shouted at the top of his voice "If you don't sit down RIGHT NOW I will call the police and have you evicted." They were almost his exact words. We were speechless. As we were spending around £1500 in his pub we couldn't believe his attitude. He could have easily worked with us and asked us politely, but he decided to be aggressive. Hey Wetherspoons, your manager Gav (pictured) needs some serious training on how to respect customers ... and if you don't believe us, he had a bodycam so you can watch and listen as he screamed at us! Next year we will find somewhere else to spend our £1500.

As with most Wetherspoons, there are good drinks at good prices. This one was quite busy as it was Friday night on Broad Street. I ordered at the bar first, and the staff were great, very friendly and polite. More importantly, they know how to pour a decent pint, unlike the last pub I'd been to this week. I then downloaded the app to try for the first time. I was impressed with how quick my drink came to the table, but something was a little off with it. There was a cherry flavour in there, I'm thinking it was because they accidentally used cherry pepsi max instead of the standard pepsi max I'd ordered. I'm hoping it wasn't some kind of cherry liqueur instead of JD. Drank it anyway and moved on. The place looks so different to when I used to pop in 15-20 years ago.

I went twice and had very different experiences. The first time everything went smoothly; my pizza was pretty good and service was faultless. The second time, the waitress brought me a plate of cold chips and onion rings with a lukewarm burger in a stale bun. I was sitting in the garden area outside, but instead of bringing condiments with my food and cutlery, she told me to go inside to get them. Having tried the food I went inside to complain, and the nice barmaid immediately sorted out the problem, and brought me a new meal herself. It was hot and fresh this time, but still not a good burger. Definitely a place to go if budget is a concern (pints for under £2.50; most meals under £8), but it's much better for drinks than for food.

Surprisingly has a beer garden a bit of a bonus on a hot day and very unusual for a Birmingham City pub. There are plenty of places to sit with excellent bar staff as well as floor staff. Choice of ales is a bit hit and miss. Good choice of world beers. Typical wetherspoons food so value to be had for all. Quiet during the later part of the morning and from 2pm on a midweek day after early breakfast time as many contractors are in. During the week it can get busy through lunchtime with office staff. Gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights being a go to place for pre club drinks and open till at least 1am. Great place to chill and relax if you pick the right times.

A nice restaurant with a wide range of food choices and dining areas, all in one premise. Unique, one of its kind. Food is good, fantastic taste. Service is good. Free refills of soft drinks and beverages if you order with drinks. Prices are affordable. A comfortable place to wee the hours away. You can choose to read a book or get online on your notebook and even play a slot machine. You can dine in the in house air-conditioning area or at their open space backyard. Nice place to get together with friends and family.
