Food was ok; customer service was rubbish.

We'd booked a table and when we arrived, we were seated without a welcome or word spoken. Whilst we were brought our food/cutlery/drinks and kept saying thanks, there was no acknowledgement from the waitress, it's like she couldn't hear us. We were never asked how the food was or if there was anything else we'd like. When we went to pay there were no questions about how our experience had been, just the amount owed spoken. After we'd paid we got a 'thanks' and nothing else. This was not one member of staff either. Customer service makes all the difference.

Ordered the vegetarian breakfast, not much food for almost £8. Top of the eggs were a little slimy, the vegetarian sausage didn't resemble a sausage at all and the tinned tomatoes had an overwhelming taste of garlic. It was ok but disappointing.

A few pleasantries and smiles would have gone a long way; it's not difficult...

Always have loved this place but don't get to visit it as much as I would like to. The meze plate is my favourite and fabulous. We visited this weekend for a late lunch as it was as wonderful as always. It is my son's favourite place and we went at his request. Although we hadn't been for some time the staff remembered us and also treated my son to a take away piece of red velvet cake which is his his favourite and they must have remembered that. It was his 13th birthday. We had ordered it on his 11th birthday. They did not know that which made it even more special. I cannot explain how touching this was. Superb. We will always remember that. Thank you so much. We will be back. I wish them continued success....

Day trip to Saltaire with friends to celebrate my birthday and visited here for lunch.

We ordered Mixed Mezze for one, calamari, and seafood linguine to share between the three of us. Absolutely loved them! Fresh, flavoursome and generous portion. The drinks were also good too. We had a hot chocolate and latte. Everything was reasonably priced.

The weather was so lovely and we sat outside yet we weren't forgotten. It was very busy but all the staff were very attentive and friendly.

They do not accept card but bank transfer or cash, which we didn't mind. Support the local businesses!
