Clifton Rocks — Attraction in Bristol

I don't quite know how to put into words just how wonderful the whole Clifton Rocks team is and how gorgeous their jewellery is! My fiancé and I both bought our engagement rings together from Clifton Rocks and couldn't be happier with absolutely every part of the process and the finished piece of jewellery. I spotted my ring online on their website and my partner had hers custom-made from a design she had in her head. Nothing was too much trouble for this wonderful and talented team of women and I can safely say that neither of us has felt more cared for whilst making such a big decision in a shop before. They were also able to offer Fairmined gold and ethically sourced diamonds and sapphires which was just the icing on the cake for us. When you buy an engagement ring, the process of shopping for it and purchasing it feels tied to the final piece and we are both just so happy to have more lovely memories tied to these rings already. I had my wife’s engagement ring made by Clifton Rocks as well as our weddings bands. The latter used some family jewellery that they melted down and then added platinum to complete the design. They also made a pair of earrings, also using the same gold, as wedding gifts for the mothers. Throughout the whole process, they were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The enthusiasm and care they took to fulfil our requirements was simply amazing and made us feel extremely valued which is what you want when you’re planning your big day! When my wife was initially discussing the design she wanted for her engagement ring, we were dealt with by Chloe whose attention to detail and enthusiasm was obvious. Chloe clearly has a real passion for what she does which really came across when finding the right design. In fact, the whole team couldn’t do enough for us and were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process really special for us. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! I’d give more than 5 stars if that was possible. Came here after a really well known and much more expensive London studio totally butchered a design I wanted. Clifton Rocks were just superb. It’s a small team of super talented designers and everyone there really clearly cares about what they do and they’re really good at it!!

They removed the precious stones from the dud ring and set it in a proposal ring (at not additional cost) then they worked with us patiently for ages as they helped us craft the perfect engagement ring. They gave us loads of sketches, spent ages personally searching for the right stones for us, made wax models to confirm things were just right and basically pulled out all the stops! All through the process they also gave us great expert advice and stopped us designing things that would come back to haunt us. Basically nothing was too much to ask.
