Do not go here. We did this over the phone I have tired to get my 250 pound despoit back for a 2 bed apartment. They told us to pay the despoit so we did. They did not tell us it would require 2 despoits and 3 lump payments or full payment upfront as we could not afford this so we decided not to go through with this. We then looked at the website and discovered the terms and conditions and found out if we called up Within 14 days we could get our despoit back. So we called up the next day because it was not in their opening hours 09:00-13:00 so next day we called up with no answer so we thought okay maybe busy we tired later again no response next day we called again no response day after we called again so we thought that's strange and left a voicemail and the day after we left another voicemail and then deicded to email them and got no response.
