We went on a whim last Sunday and had the absolute best time! I was absolutely blown away by how friendly, kind, and chatty the colleagues were, they made us feel so welcome and really made the experience memorable! My friends had never done an escape room before so were really excited to try it out, and they definitely enjoyed it! We plan to come back every month to try a new room since the guys who worked there were so so kind. They went out of their way to set up the room super fast for us so we didn't have a long wait, and were so patient and kept us immersed in the experienced the moment we went in! Cannot praise this place higher! Would love to say a special thanks to Bugsby and Amy; Bugsby was our game host and really kept us smiling and laughing our way through the whole time, and Amy was so patient and friendly with the split payment since we were so unprepared! Really amazing team there, wish I could rate this 10 stars as I definitely would! Definitely recommend!

I had an incredible time at Escape Hunt Bristol! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and set a fantastic, adventurous tone for the day. We tried the 'Pirate’s Plunder' room, and the attention to detail was astonishing, truly transporting us into another world. The puzzles were challenging but immensely fun, perfect for an outing with friends or family. I'd highly recommend Escape Hunt Bristol to anyone looking for a fun and engaging way to spend their day. Can't wait to go back and try another room! I particularly want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ross. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed to dive fully into the experience. His enthusiasm is contagious, making our adventure even more enjoyable. His professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A big thank you to Mr. Ross for making our visit extra special!

Such a fun experience! First time at Escape Hunt and went with a group of 6. Located on the top floor of Cabot Circus you enter and take the lift down 2 floors to get started. Worth noting the lift only takes 3 people max at a time and is slow! If you're in a big group or there's a queue it will take a while! Really great setting once you arrive with a bar and various table top games in the waiting area. The staff are all really friendly and clearly love what they do which just adds to the experience. The escape room we did was called Our Finest Hour, a WW2 themed challenege which was great fun, not crazy difficult but certainly one which got us thinking! It cost us £25 per person in the end and was definitely worth it for the fun experience. Would definitely recommend for any group! Also, book well in advance as almost all of the escape rooms on offer get fully booked and for good reason!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an incredible escape room, and I have to say, it exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, it was an immersive, challenging, and unforgettable adventure. A big part of that was thanks to our amazing host, Adelaide, who truly made the experience exceptional.

Adelaide was welcoming from the moment we arrived, setting the tone with just the right amount of excitement and mystery. She explained the rules clearly, answered all our questions, and gave us the perfect amount of hints throughout—never too much, but just enough to keep us on track when we hit roadblocks. Her enthusiasm for the game was contagious, and it made the entire group feel energized and engaged.

The room itself was expertly designed, with clever puzzles, intricate details, and a fantastic storyline that kept us hooked the whole time. Adelaide added to the immersion by staying in character and really enhancing the atmosphere. You could tell she was passionate about her role, which made the experience even more fun.

In the end, we managed to escape with just minutes to spare, and Adelaide was right there to cheer us on, making us feel like true puzzle-solving champions. Overall, this escape room was top-notch, and having Adelaide as the host truly elevated the entire experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and...

Extremely disappointed. The room itself (the fourth samuri) wasn't the worst, but far from the best (have done multiple other escape rooms across the country). Felt there was limited teamwork needed, lots of single tasks to get from one step to the next compared to others where multiple tasks can be completed simultaneously or multiple people need to work on one task at the same time.

But the way we were treated by one of the staff members was appalling. We made one comment and heavily apologised when told not to do it again, we then were led to our room and carried on as normal thinking nothing of it. We were told we had completed the room but nobody knew how, as it still felt there was more to go and there was no conclusion or task we did before it was announced we had beaten it. We were then escorted out a service exit to a back door with no time to take pictures with the signs or celebration time. He then told us our time and were instructed never to come back again and then swore at us before he closed the door. Extremely appaulled with this treatment as was some of our groups first experience in an escape room. Having paid a fair amount of money for the experience I would be tempted to look elsewhere for a better full experience.

I have since emailed and received no response in how we were treated or anything justification for the actions...

Edit: I have upped my review due to their response via email. They were extremely apologetic and came across as very genuine. I will return at some point and give them the benefit of the doubt. Big thank you to Bella.

Entered the room and no message played, and no one seemed to notice even though we were talking about the lack of message. We then asked for a message so someone explained it over the speaker. One of the draws accidentally opened without us doing anything and none of the sounds/ background noise kicked in until about 35 minutes in (a guess because there is no visual of the time remaining). One of the tasks involved a phone and sound over the speaker, which we didn't realise because there was no sound to start with (a good five minutes). This was then followed by us completing one of the tasks and nothing happening for about a minute, I guess until someone realised nothing happened so they manually did it. The room felt run down, broken and neglected. Once we completed the room, we were let out and then essentially abandoned. The person leading our session left and never returned, we weren't offered a photo and as the lift was broken, we had to leave out the back exit - which we couldn't do alone. Fortunately we ended up tagging along with another group. As we paid £90 for this experience, I am extremely...
