So we have had 2 very different experiences at this venue which were both the same parties same package selected only 3/4 weeks apart which is very disappointing and we won’t be ever booking another party here as well as other parents attending. Im possibly going to be seeking advice on some of the matters I’ve raised in my compliant sent in on the online form. Which I’m surprised if I get a reply or any acknowledgement if it’s the same manager as the one that’s currently there…
On arriving for my daughters party at 12pm on 08/02/2025 at your Bristol venue… We were there to start check in at 11.25 yet safety briefing didn’t start till 12.06 as public were being let through before despite party guests all waiting on seating area for 10-15mins to be briefed it’s so unorganised at booking in yet everything was done waivers signed etc.
Only briefed when I asked why we hadn’t gone in yet on the main booking station as no one was manning the party desk?
Bounce then actually started at 12.13 still had to get off at 1pm
When asked will the party bounce go on till 1.13pm was told no by the actual manager and that these things happen the kids will be tired after 45 mins anyway!
Just offered free slushies, but some children couldn’t have slushies due to recent guidance on selling slushies to under 4yr olds and amounts for under 10yr old no notice of this actually covered in cafe either!
Added extra sandwich and treat box to the party booking to get to the party room and be give dounghnuts! Not a treat box no notification of the change! As I would have cancelled the change as half the party guests didn’t like doughnuts and absolutely appalling charging £15 for 6 doughnuts!!! To add to that 2/3 lots of sandwiches were not even ready when the food came out to the party room these were still being made! Given the booking had been made well in advance and the bounce time an hour they should have been ready. 25mins into the party we still didn’t have them until I approached a member of staff asking how long they would be as children had finished the one tray. I feel I’ve been very let down and slushies as compo for the poor service just didn’t cut it. The manager had a tuff that happens attitude & staff were quiet rude in the cafe when buzzer was going off you were just left to pick your own drinks off the side with no communication.
When asking them what would happen with time lost and they didn’t really care as long as we were done by 1.45pm this is shocking if I continue receive no decent level of customer service or partial refund for the food atleast I will be share my experience on to warn other parents of my above experience at this venue.
The most disappointing part is that we only attended my nephews same package party 3 weeks prior to my daughters and whilst checking in was still very unorganised the rest of the party we attended was as advertised at booking.
I should have been notified about these changes to food supplied and the venue had my contact details and even could have mentioned at booking in. I would of opted for no doughnuts and just used the party cake we had already supplied give that I’m highly tempted to report this matter to the trading standards as what I booked and confirmation booking and invoice stated was not what was supplied at my daughters party! No complaint section on website just a message option. Which probably won’t generate a reply.
Advice book somewhere else and save your self the headache and that has consistency across all visits and parties as...

There’s so much for the kids to do, and it’s all set up in a way that feels both safe and exciting – perfect for little ones full of energy.

A special shout-out to Brittany, who was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to answer all my questions, was so friendly, and really made us feel looked after. It’s not often you get that level of care, and it honestly made the experience even better.
The kids loved every minute and are already asking when we can go back. It’s such a fantastic place to take children of different ages because there’s something for everyone, and you can see how much fun they’re having.
I’d highly recommend Jumping Fun to any parent looking for a great day out – safe, fun, and with wonderful staff. We’ll definitely be returning soon! , who was absolutely brilliant. Read moreOn the fence about giving it two stars or three stars. The play area is fun, but there are so many disappointing aspects to the experience (apologies if these have since changed, though):
No wheelchair access or pram access to go up to cafe - this seems crazy to me especially considering you do SEN sessions. There used to be a lift in thus building. What happened to.it? There are no gates or any form of barrier stopping kids running out of the play area and building. This is a massive safeguarding oversight. I can't fathom how this space has been designed so an unattended child could just wonder out into the car park. Never been to a softplay that doesn't have a gate in place to stop children escaping. The whole check in process is ridiculously protracted. Long queues and small children don't mix well. To top it off, we were all then squeezed into a ridiculously small room to sit through an ovef-long health and safety video, with many of us having to sit on the floor as there was no other space to sit. It was hot, uncomfortable and felt completely amateurish. -The soft play area has a small sunken level where a member of staff sits to access a control control panel to operate a rotating arm thing- There is no barrier at all preventing a child from falling into this control panel space and really hurting themselves by landing on the control panel itself. Again, absolutely baffling that no one's considered this.
The are was way overcrowded making it difficult to navigate with a smaller child. L
The whole thing feels completely rushed and I'm certain it was opened in the knowledge that a lot of these things still needed being done, but it just seemed all...
