A priceless resource for the classics student and great little past time. It costs nothing to go in and walk around. The volunteers are kind and informative. The pieces are replicas of some of the worlds most renowned examples of Classical Greek and Roman sculpture that you'd have to travel the world to see all the originals but here they are all in one place and retain their colossal size and grandeur!

Great collection of mainly Greek/Roman sculptures. If visiting with kids there's a nice trail hunt you can do to find some of the major sculptures. Just ask for the relevant guide at Info/Reception. My 5 year old daughter and I spent 45 mins there and saw everything.

A nice place to gain the knowledge of Roman and Greek mythology. Although small but houses many objects (casts). Some labels of the objects however are 'fixed' at some weird places, e.g. the base of the pedal.

A hidden gem in Cambridge that’s surprisingly peaceful and full of character. The museum is packed with life-sized plaster casts of famous Greek and Roman statues, all lined up in a bright, airy gallery.

It’s a bit surreal walking among so many iconic figures in one place – from the Venus de Milo to the Discobolus. You get a real sense of ancient art without the crowds or pressure of bigger museums.

Entry is free, the space is quiet, and it’s a great spot for anyone interested in history, art or just looking for something different. Definitely worth popping in if...
