A nice little theatre. Very ornate. Staff friendly. Bar is extremely busy at intervals so prebooking drinks is advisable. The queue for the loos was horrendous, so I opted for borrowing those of the neighbouring bar at the interval. I'd also advise pre paying the iatling on arrival if you're tgere for an evening show. After 6pm the fist is £2.50 For 6 hours, which can be paid for at the machines in advance..otherwise be prepared to he waiting an age for the machines post-show. Entrance and stairways/auditorium kept clean. Ice cream is gone in 60 seconds, so get there quickly for some really interesting flavoured mini tubs..hubby had honey and ginger which was really lovely. We watched Dracula, and tickets were reasonably priced for good seats in the stalls, and the actors/show/sets were great. My only complaint is that the seats are quite uncomfortable..old fashioned close together seating. You literally feel sandwiched next to the person sitting next to you, with no arm/elbow room..sardines springs to mind! Thus said, leg room is sufficient i guess, but again quite minimal. When the guy sat a few seats down from us decided he needed to squeeze past us, he practically nearly ended up in our laps for lack of room to move by. He wasn't the biggest of men either. Didn't really pay much attention to how wheelchair friendly it was. We went into the auditorium at ground floor level, but had a short walk involving steps to the car park, whuch is at an upper level. There is most likely a lift, but i wont say for definite as i didnt see/use one, so if you havr limited obility its probably best to ring ahead/look on internet and check first. There is an option to eat before an evening show. I believe this is to be pre-booked online/via phone. Drinks anc food price sre quite reasonable. For a small theatre, its a nice little place. Would visit again.

Starting with seating (always important when one's bum is going to be sat on it for a couple of hours): not just comfortable to sit on but plenty of leg room, too. I really only went along to keep my wife company as she is a fan but I was happily surprised to find "The Osmonds" (storyline by Jay Osmond) very good indeed. The story went from The Osmonds first professional appearance to their disastrous investment in a studio complex and included (without bitterness) how their father controlled much of what they did as their manager. The flashbacks to their childhood were well handled with younger versions of themselves merging on stage fairly frequently at first but less so as The Osmonds grew up. Scenery changes were few and handled by the cast as required; for instance: when (say) Merrill Osmond came down the steps then that actor would swing them out of the way and clip them safely in position. The people controlling the audio volume were pretty good, too, and for once I didn't have to turn off my deaf aids but was able to listen to songs without being deafened (you'd be surprised how often this half-deaf man complains that music is too loud. No doubt today's youth will realise there's a problem when they start going deaf).

Been here yesterday. It is a lovely place with very friendly staff. Quite impressive theatre. And the artists were professional. But! Seats are a nightmare. I'm quite short and my knees were rubbing against the seat in front of me. It was quite painful really. My partner was struggling even more than me. So we left at the mid break. The gap between rows is so small that it is very dangerous to walk in front of people to sit. As matter of fact I almost fell on the people sitting in the row in front. Also I do not understand why it is not allowed to use the middle stairs in the balcony area. That would ease a lot to sit and leave. Quite disappointed that I paid 70£ for two tickets to sit in a rabbit cage. Been to many theatres here in the UK and this had by far the worse seats. I would have been better off to stand and see.

Very disappointed this morning...never cancelled a trip to Everyman ever ..this morning weather so awful and we fall in a yellow weather warning area ..so as winds are to be up to 60 mph at 9 tonight AND as it currently is ...and local and national advice is not to travel unless necessary..we did decide to NOT go .

However having spoke to Manager at theatre who argued with me that yellow weather warning is not "don't travel" unless necessary...can't get refund... I did say if I have accident on the way from flying debris or otherwise they would foot bill...she couldnt answer that !! Funny that is why Everton cancelled match because risk to people in nearby streets that could get hit by flying Wheely bin as BBC sports guy quoted !! also says all staff got in locally...well if course they would So we agreed to differ parted on good terms ( I don't like discord) and she will try and resell my tickets Apparently I'm first person to ever ask for refund due to travel advice ....really!

It won't stop me supporting Everyman but I'm disappointed on...
