Roots of the Earth Spa — Attraction in Cheltenham

Went along reluctantly with my wife but was so pleasantly surprised. Friendly, calm and welcoming. The infrared sauna room was clean, spacious and was in a private room with changing area and shower. Once warmed up, Milena escorted me into a therapy room where I was left in privacy to rest on the massage table. Without me advising nor being asked where the aches were, Milena worked her way around my back and found every tiny knotted area. Even in places I hadn't noticed were unsettled. Best back massage I've ever had. I immediately bought a gift voucher for my best Welsh friend who will remain anonymous but who has ongoing problems with his back.. I look forward to his feedback. Wow, what a surprise! Having booked an appointment online, I was a tad disconcerted on arriving because the outside didn't look anything like a spa to me. Once through the door however, everything was perfect. They were expecting me, and I had a friendly welcome. The room was perfect, and the ayurvedic massage was bliss! It was so refreshing to have something different to the usual massages offered in the UK. After having a chat over a cup of herbal tea, I was offered a tour of the rest of the spa and shown the infra-red sauna in its gorgeous private room. Booked as a birthday gift for my partner, but couldn't resist not going once i was given a tour of the spa. Beautiful place felt very welcomed, was offered a rose herbal tea when booking which tasted lovely. When we arrived on the day of our booking we was made to feel very welcomed, Once we both recieved our treatment we wasnt rushed out the door instead we was offered a lovely homemade lemongrass herbal tea we both left feeling very relaxed.
