St Pauls Street North Serviced Apartments — Hotel in Cheltenham

I was moved to this accommodation as I had been upgraded and yes was nearer to where I was doing a course but that was the only positive really||||Things not quite finished and could do with a handyman to finish off jobs as it was a lot of money for something that was lacking in a few things||||No beside table by bed to put glasses/phone/watch etc.||Not many hangers in the wardrobe if you were staying there for a few days (as I was - one week)||Shower need a seal between standing area and floor||Several lights needed replacing - 2 in the bathroom, 2 by television in lounge, I by the kitchen sink||||Plenty of cutlery for the number of people it could sleep but no kettle, fridge and washing machine||||It is basic and was local to where I was visiting||||Parking could be difficult but it is near the shops and town centre||||Expensive prices but not boutique standards||||Serviced daily but towels left when not...

The place was nicely decorated and very homely. The kitchen already included the utensils and the beds were nicely made upon arrival. A lot of essential basics were missing. First of all there was no way to have a decent shower, as the boiler seemed to be broken and the hot water was as not available. Secondly, there was no sufficient toilet paper for the amount of guests and duration of the stay. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable either. Especially the bunk bed. There was extremely bad wifi connection in the apartment. Most of the time the wifi did not work and when it did, the connection was extremely poor. Sadly the area around the apartment was very noisy as well. Not only that, parking was a horrendous task to deal with. The staff were unable to point us towards decent parking opportunities...

The apartment itself was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, I accidentally left some money there when I left. I quickly called them and was fobbed off by a disinterested member of staff who did absolutely nothing to help and clearly just wanted me off the phone. What should have been a relatively simple matter was brushed aside rudely, leaving me out of pocket. While the apartment was of a good quality, I couldn't possibly recommend them after...
