We had the brunch deal 3 of us £36.95 each had a burger and chips then unlimited cocktails but there is only certain ones you can have from the menu with this bargain of a deal. The cocktails some were very strong not complaining 😂 but the ones with the prosecco especially the strawberry one we had was foul. We must of had over 10 cocktails each. And for the price we paid each was so worth it but made us very bloated. The food my god it was so delicious and the waiter that has only been there for 2 weeks. Hes 19years of age and he went way and beyond for us. He was friendly and very professional. Very polite lad. Also there was things I didn't want on my burger and I couldn't fault the food at all was delicious. And definitely moreish 😂 the atmosphere with the music was fantastic. But in the place the atmosphere you had young girls in there or young ladies wearing next to nothing and not something you want to see when trying to eat your food. Don't want to be seeing what they had for breakfast lunch and dinner. And the girls are very childish that goes in there. Which was the down fall. Went to the back garden and very spacious the vibe was uncomfortable at the back. I think if I'm honest a certain time should be done for when people are eating with these deals to then bring in the party goers at a certain time. As we chose to leave as could see the youngsters were coming in which wasn't for us. But we did enjoy the music the drinks and the food. Also will never forget the swift drink 😂 that was very yummy.

Great service & food. We checked out the S&L after their move to bigger premises the old county hall. Our party of 3 went for the 3 for £11 small plates; falafel, shrimp balls & margarita arancini. All great for sharing. I had the sausages & mash. Good Cumberland bangers cooked black on one side, perfectly with the gravy and good spuds according to this Irish potato snob. The others had the halloumi & fishcake salads. See photos. Two of us had beers whilst the younger one tackled the cocktail tapas of 4 drinks. We finished with the mini sharing sweets. The warm mini churros were a really pleasant surprise. The service & food were excellent.

Had a 3 course meal starter and main were delicious and well presented dessert was a disappointment as was tiny and no cutlery. Only down side to the meal was that we felt rushed as they were clearing plates away s people were still eating and they felt that they had to hurry the rest of their food. Cocktail making was definitely a fun activity and we all really enjoyed it

Ieva, was a wonderful host. We came for the bottomless brunch and they were very busy but I've made sure that the drinks continued to flow throughout the entire 2 hour slot. Even offering us the opportunity to order 2 drinks per order to make up for the slight delay in receiving the first drinks. 100% recommended. The outdoor iglu was a lovely secluded spot too!!

We had a great time during our bottomless brunch - Great choice of drinks and food. Ciara who took care of us during our visit and was really attentive and kept the drinks coming and sorted out the food and condiments. The bottomless brunch is such good value and well worth the money - it is one of the best brunches about which is why we have come back!

Liv is amazing, she is the best member of staff I have ever come across in the slug and lettuce. Liv should have more recognition for her excellence. The slug and lettuce is lucky to have such a fabulous asset to the team not only does she manage a customers expectations she also goes above and beyond. Excellent service
