Excellent attraction and a real assist to the local community. Staff were extremely friendly and the collection of crockery is the best I have seen all year. I took the kids and they loved the dice game. I found the selection of Victorian Irons very extensive and I never realised there were quite so many to be considered.

Lovely little museum in the nicholas everitt park. So many interesting historical facts and artefacts as well as a fantastic pottery selection. Run by volunteers and fantastically maintained. Even her majesty herself has visited. What are you waiting for?

An interesting little museum mainly featuring local artifacts. The volunteer staff are friendly and helpful . We'll worth a visit with something to appeal to all ages.

What a find. This museum is housed in an old house. Run by volunteers who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We arrived by motorbikes and they very kindly looked after my husband's helmet whilst we looked around. The volunteer who greeted us was a young man who was so professional in the way he explained the museums layout and gave a brief history. The museum is housed over two floors and has many interesting and well presented exhibits. Very well laid out and informative. Definitely worth a visit and it's free. Will be coming back again...

Completely free museum, you can make a donation at the end if you feel inclined. Lots of interesting information about lowestoft and surrounding areas. Lots to look at. There's videos you can watch. It's only a small place but it's a good way to spend half an hour if you're in the area, it's located in Nicholas Everett park, which is also lovely to go around...

Lovely local historic information and relics. Very well maintained and good artefacts. It’s very generous of the local earlier people who have donated memorabilia to allow others to benefit from ages past to see life as it used to be. I never realised that this area had a well known manufacturing past alas as elsewhere here in the UK we have lost most of...
